“Get up! Get up! Get up!” Louis shouts like a little kid on Christmas day pleading for his parents to get up so they can start the day. The last thing I wanted to do was get up, but here Louis was jumping on my bed and making it extremely complicated to get anymore sleep. I’ve learned that with him here, you usually don’t get any sleep.

“Louis,” I groan, trying to pull the covers over my head, but he yanked them back off. I kept my eyes closed and put the pillow over my head.

“There’s no more time for sleep Lola! It’s already 11 o’ clock! We’ve got a big day ahead of us!” he yells, jumping off of my bed and grabbing my wrist, trying to pull me out of bed.

“No Louis, let’s just sleep the rest of the day away,” I say, taking the pillow off of my head and opening my eyes to look at him.  His entire body was bursting with energy.

“Come on, let’s go. Or I’ll dump water on you,” he threatens, letting go of my wrist. I look up at him with a glare.

“You wouldn’t,”

“Or would I?”

I sigh as I throw the covers off of me and walk over to my dresser. I turn around to face him.

“Just give me five minutes, and then we can go do whatever the heck you have planned,” I tell him. He smiles.

“Okay!” He leaves the room and closes the door behind him. “And don’t wear anything too fancy!”

Something not too fancy. I think I can find something for that.  When I finally decide on an appropriate outfit, I pick out a plain blue V-neck t-shirt with some capris that cut off at my ankle. I brushed out my hair and clipped it back with a black clip, leaving it in a half-up half-down style.

I took one last glance in the mirror before I decided to just add a necklace and a couple of my rubber bracelets. I looked casual and me, just the way I liked it.

I grab my phone and slide it into my pocket when I walk out of my bedroom.  Louis looks up at me as I close the door.

“So what are we doing today?” I ask, grabbing my black converse from my small closet next to the front door.

“Well,” he begins. “Because of my not being able to sleep last night, I decided to plan the day out,”

“Did I fall asleep before you did?” He nods.

“Yeah, you’re cute when you sleep,” He smiles. “I’m not telling you anything we’re doing today, so you have to go along with it, can you do that?”

“Of course,” I nod, answering with a smile. “When do we start?”

************************

“Lads! So glad you could join us!” Louis calls out to the rest of his bandmates that were walking toward us. I reluctantly let him drive my car back to his place where he attempted to make me pancakes that turned out to be pretty delicious.  After that, he got dressed and drove us over to one of the closest parks with an empty football field and called up the rest of the boys to come over.  Luckily, there were barely anyone here except the people getting their morning jogs in. Louis slung a gym bag over his shoulder as we walked toward the rest of the boys.

“Louis, it’s too early,” Niall groans, leaning his body onto Liam. I chuckle, looking at all of them.

“Niall, it’s almost 11:30 now,” Louis argues. “Now then, as our last day here, I say we need to show Lola how good we are compared to her football-wise,” he looks over at me with a smirk.

“What?” I question.

“We’re going to play a friendly match of football,” Louis says, taking a football out of the gym bag that he brought with him.

“Alright,” I say, instantly going along with it. “Are we captains?” Louis nods.

“Unless you want to-“

“Nope, we’re doing this the right way to see who’s better,” I confirm.

“Fine then, I get Niall and Liam,” he calls.

“Then I’ll win with Harry and Zayn,” I say. My competitive streak was starting to show, but it didn’t seem to bother them. Harry and Zayn walk over to me, stepping behind me.

“We’ve got you covered Lola,” Harry says. I smile at both at them.

“Let’s do this then,”

And that’s how the game went from there.  Harry and Zayn were pretty good. Not as professional as Louis and I, but they scored and helped me score as well. Liam and Niall were fairly good as well, so I didn’t underestimate their skills and try take it easy on them. I played it as I would play any football match. But Louis kept trying to trip me or distract me in some way. Typical, but I didn’t let him get in my way.

I was out of breath and trying to run towards the ball that Louis was dribbling. He was about a foot in front of me, about to score.  That was one of the hardest things, we didn’t have goalies.  But that also didn’t slow us down.  I ran right around him and stole the ball from under his feet, turning in the other direction and trying to bypass Liam and Niall.

“Lola! Shoot it!” Harry called to me. I looked up at the goal and kicked the ball as hard as I could, where it bounced onto the net and landed back onto the grass.

“Yes!” I cheer, running up to Harry and Zayn and giving them high-fives.

“I have to admit you’re good,” Harry says.

“Yeah, really good,” Zayn agrees. I

“You guys have some skills too,” I compliment.  Suddenly I’m pulled into Harry as he wraps his arms tightly around me.  Then I felt Zayn wrap his arms around me as well. I could barely breathe as they tightened their grip around me. Was this their way of saying congratulations because I was enjoying it.

“Guys I can’t breathe,” I say, but they don’t let go.

“But you’re so warm!” Harry says, making Zayn laugh.

“Hey! Who enforced the group hug?” I hear Louis call to us. I just laugh and look out to see the rest of the boys run toward us and make the hug even tighter than before.

“You guys are so weird, you know that?” I say with a smile.

“That’s not news to us,” Liam says, making all of us laugh.

For some reason, I felt closer to these boys (literally). But I was comfortable with them and they were comfortable with me.  These guys weren’t just a famous boy band to me anymore, they’re ordinary boys with dreams that made it somewhere in life with them. If only I was that brave…

But in a way, I would miss all of them.  I would miss moments like this and our movie nights and their tight hugs.  But I knew they’ll be back, the same chirper and bursting of energy boys I’ve come to love.

A.N.: God I love these boys. I hope you enjoyed this little touching chapter, the next update will surprisingly and maybe be tomorrow. Until then, may the odds be ever in your favor and, if you want to do something, go for it. You've got nothing to lose! BTW: Did anyone else see Niall get hit in Amsterdam because I felt so bad for him, limping to the backstage but all the boys helped them and that's why I love these boys. Okay bye-CookieKrumm
