So, here's how it goes.
There may be one male and one female for each year starting in 1900. (So, technically theres a limit of something over 200 kids, but that grows by two every year)
No duplicate gifts. Each person should have a different ability, and each kid shouldn't have more than one ability. However, the ability could be more encompassing like "fish abilities" which could include under-water breathing, enhanced swimming, etc. and gifts may be similar, such as teleporting and portals, or adaption and indestructible. If you're unsure, just submit the form and we can make adjustments or ask before submitting. If you're denied, you don't have to start over, just fix what was wrong, it's usually power concern or didn't notice one was taken. Be careful with shifting, don't say shifting as a whole, but you may be generic with it. We have things such as "dog-shifter" and "beast shifting", we can accept feature morphing and wide shifting like "bird" or "plants."
