Moving Forward

The Society leaders are getting restless and pressuring heads to get business going again.
The heads are now allowing travel between houses, but a Gifted Pilot must take them and not just any society member.
They are also allowing requests to take missions, but no major cities will even be considered. We're talking water missions, country sides looking for mythical beings, desert and arctic mission, etc.
Basically, they'll need to defend why it's necessary in this time (easy enough with the magic stuff), means of staying away from other people, and the teams may only consist of other gifted members.
Each house head may be stricter than others. Some may consider small cities, others may reject most of what comes their way.
