DAYS LATER, ELYS had finally healed enough to start helping again. But she wanted to see the grounder. Finn and Bellamy wouldn't let her or Octavia anywhere near him, though.
Clarke and Raven had managed to get a video chat going with the Ark, allowing them all to see their parents and family. Elys was finally able to see her dad.
It was finally her turn, so she and Finn sat in front of the screen. Elys grins when she sees their dad on the small screen.
"Dad!"
"Elys. Finn." He smiles. "God, I'm so happy to see you two."
Finn smiles. "Thank you. For helping us meet." He says, putting his arm around Elys.
Their dad smiles. "You two need each other. You need to stick together."
They smile and Elys leans forward, wincing as it causes a tug on her stitches. "I miss you, Dad."
He frowns. "How's your wound, Elys? Let me see."
She stands, lifting her shirt to show him.
His jaw tightens. "Elys, I don't want you anywhere near that grounder again. Do you understand me?"
She rolls her eyes. "You don't have to worry about that. I'm forbidden from the entire floor." She says, glancing at Finn.
He nods. "Thank you, Finn. We only have a few more minutes and I need to talk to Finn alone. I love you, Elys. Be safe."
"I love you, too, Dad." She says, getting up and heading outside.

Later on, Clarke and Bellamy leave to find supplies and Finn is with Raven. Elys is sitting in the dropship with Octavia.
Connor leans up against the ladder. "Hey, Miller, Roma's parents are waiting for you on the radio."
Octavia sits up. "Elys. Hide."
They both hide as the two of them leave the dropship. Octavia grabs her hand and pulls her to the ladder. "We don't have a lot of time."
Elys quickly follows her. She winces as the climbing pulls at her wound again.
The grounder's eyes widen when he sees Elys and relax when he sees Octavia.
Octavia walks over to him. "I brought you some water. Here." He drinks the water, watching her. "It's good, right? Sorry I haven't seen you since everything happened. My brother has been keeping me away. He's a total dick, which you probably already figured out."
