Chapter 16: Two Brothers
'I swear when I'm around Lucy the weirdest things happen. It's like some kind curse that's around her,' Levy thought to herself as she kept on crawling through the vent. Her elbows and knees were starting to get bruised and a bit weak, but she fought her urge to take a rest and pushed forward.
'Oh my gosh, there's that smell again. Why does this whole vent smell like fish? It's freaking disgusting,' Levy kept on thinking as she began to breathe through her mouth.
Levy kept on crawling for about another five minutes before she finally started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. She started to grin and crawl faster in excitement, she was almost at the end, away from this horrible experience. She couldn't wait to get back home, and hopefully find a new place quickly. The idea of the mafia knowing where she lived and that they had the option to drop by her whenever they please didn't settle with her one bit.
When she finally reached the end, she pushed the thin, metal-like wall that separated her from the outside world. When it opened, she pushed herself out and fell onto the floor.
"Ow that hurts," Levy said out loud as she changed her position to sitting and started to run her head. Just as she was about to get up, a small black cat with a scar though it's eye came walking towards her, it let out a soft, cute purr and lifted up to put it's front two legs onto her.
"Aww look how cute you are," Levy said as she began to pat on it's head and pinching lightly at its cheeks, making sure that she did not accidentally hurt it, "what's your name cutie," she checked it's collar and say a name tag that marked: Panterlily.
'What a cute name,' Levy thought to herself as she gave the kitten a smile and a light tickle under its chin.

"Okay my turn to get out now," Lucy said as she smacked her fist in her hand. She walked over to the door that separated the secret hallway from Natsu's office and proceeded to look around. She began to knock on various sides of the door to see which part of it was hollow and easy to break through.
Just as she was about to knock on the upper part of the door, she spotted a small pot of paper that was wedged between the cracks.
"So it can get through, I wonder if I just pull the paper," Lucy said out loud as she reached for the paper and started to pull the paper. She didn't pull it all the way, but it reveal a bolt, "Ah ha got your ass."
She then stood back from the door for a second and then kicked the bolt with all her might. It broke into to pieces as it fell to the floor. Lucy then walked towards the door and gave it a nice hard punch.
The door fell onto the ground causing a loud smack to wake Natsu from his nap on his desk.
"What in the fuck's name?" Natsu said as he looked at his broken secret entrance door. Out came a blond, the grin on her face was so big it took up half of her face and her hand held up the peace sign. Natsu's mouth was slightly opened, shocked that someone could have actually broke his door.
'Did she find out about the paper?' Natsu thought to himself as she quickly looked back at the top of the door and then back at Lucy.
"Keep your mouth close boss man, or else I'll be forced to put something in it," Lucy said quicker than usual as she ran out of his office. Just as she was about to reach the main hall, she immediately stopped. She had a gut feeling that something was going on, and Lucy always trusted her gut.
She peeked over the side of the wall just enough to see what was going on, but not enough to be noticed. There she saw the same white-headed girl that brought her to Natsu's office and a man with green hair stomping on someone.
She poked her head out a little more to her a clear view at the person they were assaulting. It was a man with long black hair, but she couldn't see his face long enough to describe it; due to Mira and Freed beating the living day lights out of him.
"Well, better him than me," Lucy said as she stood back up and looked at the roof of the base. There were wooden and metal logs placed randomly to support the building. Seeing that almost all of them were connected, she smiled to herself.
'Oh this is gonna be fun,' Lucy thought to herself as she quickly jumped onto the wall and swung on from a short pole that stuck out through the wall. She then tried her best to reach and grabbed one of the logs.
Lucy's fingers grazed the log, she had underestimated the length between the pole and the log, but she took the opportunity to swing herself onto the log.
Thankfully, she made it. She quickly looked down to see if anyone saw her, they didn't, the members were still occupied with the beating.
Lucy then got up and started to walk on the logs as if she was just simply strolling through a park, letting out a light him once in a while.
"So you think you can take Boss's little sister. I shall punish you," Freed said as she stepped on the black-headed man's face.
"I told ya, I ain't try to take anyone's little sister. I'm no sick pervert, so your booger head fucker off me," The man said as she tried to grab Freed's foot, but was stopped by Erza kicking it in the other direction.
"That's right. He ain't try to kidnap anyone. I did, and I intend to do it again," said a man that looked exactly like the one that was beaten to the floor.
"Brother What are you doing here?"
