Chapter 38: Hello Miss

"So, where are we going anyway?" Lucy asked as she starts to realize that she jumped into a car of a person that she doesn't really know.

"Sweetheart, now you ask" Natsu said slyly, silently lucky that he is the one that finally have her in he dark on something. Lucy looked over to him and then quickly looked away.

'He thinks he's so cool huh' Lucy thought as she mouth broke out in a small grin.

"Looks like your question is being answered. We're here," Natsu said seriously. He tucked his white collared button-up shirt into his slacks. He smoothen out the pads of his blazer and he slicked back his salmon-pink hair. This is business. One has to appear both presentable and for someone of his level, he has to have the appearance that would strike fear in to someone in one glance.

"So this is the Natsu Dragneel business mode huh?" Lucy said as she cocked her eyebrow at Natsu slicking his hair back. It looked more feminine than manly to her, and she couldn't help but giggle.

"What? Are you jealous that you can't look as good as me?" Natsu said as he made a 'model face' pose.

"Hahaha," Lucy laughs, "I just don't get how someone as serious as you can be childish."

"Same goes for you Luce," Natsu said as he clicked his fingers and Freed passed a black bag towards him, "Here, put this on."

"What's this? Did you expect that we would have a detour?" Lucy asked as she took the bag from Natsu and started to move aside the paper tissues inside.

"Always prepared for anything is the key to success," Natsu said as he looked out of the car window to see if anyone was already outside waiting for him.

"Ok, I know you stole that from somewhere" Lucy said as she opened the bag.When she finally got a good look at what was inside, a huge angry tick appeared on her head, "Natsu. Are you serious?"

The salmon-headed man glanced to the side to see what's wrong with the clothes he picked out. "What? It's a simple black slacks and a white button up shirt. It's not fancy and it's not too revealing."

"I know you're not talking about what's too revealing," Lucy said as she took her two fingers on each hand and picked up the item of clothing. In her hands laid and very skimpy and very revealing pink and black lingerie out of the bag. "Oh look put this on? Preparedness leads to success," Lucy mocked Natsu as she pushed the the item of clothing back into the bag, not caring if she had accidentally caused a rip, it was truly the definition of delicate.

Natsu's piercing eyes slightly widened as he slowly took the back from Lucy and looked inside himself, as if she didn't just show him what it was, "Freed? I believe this belongs to you," Natsu said as he pushed up the pink paper tissues up outside the bag and handed it over to the green-headed man.

Freed looked back and suddenly his cheeks were filled with an embarrassing pink streak. "Oh, uh that's actually for my uh—" Freed began to say by what's suddenly stop by his Boss raising his right hand, indicating that he should stop talking.

"What you do in your personal time. Is your business. Hand me the correct bag this time," Natsu said he stared straight into Freed's eyes.

"Yes Boss, right away," The green-headed man replied as he grabbed the black bag sitting on the front passenger seat. He peeked in the bag for a mere second making sure that he had retrieved the right back and saving himself from another embarrassment.

This time, Lucy was the one that reached out to take the bag from Freed, "Thanks Kinky, now I don't want you getting any ideas when I change in here,". Freed again grew embarrassed, however he tried to mask it with anger. Just as he was about to retaliate with the blonde woman, the pink-headed man cleared his throat. Freed looked for to him, and Natsu pointed his finger towards the door.

He was angry. But not angry enough to speak back to the Boss.

"I will make sure that they are ready for your arrival," Freed said as he owned the car door, turned around, and demonstrated a quick bow of respect, "and the arrival of your guest," he finished with a death glare piercing thought Lucy. Freed quickly moved away and locked the car door before his Boss comments or speaks to him about what he said about Lucy.

'What the hell that he see in that whore. She's just some streetrat that probably learned her skills from pickpocketing on the street.' Freed thought when he stood outside the door and straightened his attire, 'Time to warn them that he's here."

In the car, both Natsu and Lucy began to stare at each other. Around two minutes has passed by before one of them spoke up.

"We don't have all the time in the world princess. Change quickly," Natsu said as he suddenly fully turned his body towards the blonde.

"You just want to see me naked," Lucy smirked at him as she took out the two items of clothing, placed them on the seat next to her and put the bag in the front seat of the car.

"I want to be sure that you won't have any weapons on you. You are entering my territory right now. It would be wise to follow my rules," Natsu said as his eyes immediately went to the blond woman's chest when she raised the dress above her head.

"Yeah, okay, that's the reason," Lucy said as she quickly changed into the clothing. Natsu has only slightly glanced away to look outside the car window before turning back to get right back to his personal show. Only to see the voluptuous woman fully clothed and add her final touches to her ponytail.

"Impressive," Natsu commented while he silently sulked because he didn't get to see anything he wanted, alright let's go."

Lucy opened the car door by herself and left herself out. All of a sudden, she saw a panting green-headed basically stumbling towards the car, as if the information was so important that he couldn't contain it anymore.

As soon as Natsu opens the door, Freed was standing directly in front of him.

"Boss, it's a code I." Freed said as he slowly tried to catch his breath. The pink-headed man went back into the car and took out a pair of handcuffs, he then walked over to Lucy and brought her over to Freed, he then clicked the both of their hands into the pair of handcuffs.

"What the hell?" Lucy exclaimed as she looked at her hand.

"Freed is someone I can trust, you on the other hand, I can't take any chances," Natsu said as he closed the door, walked towards the building entrance and then indicated with his finger for Freed and Lucy to follow him, "Let's go."

'What the hell is a code I?' Lucy curiously thought as she was practically being dragged my Freed to follow him.
