after breakfast, yumi and lucas headed to school. luckily today was a minimum day, so that means less school time and more spending time with lucas time for her.

she was so overwhelmed with the sudden feeling of being in love? the fear of losing him grew stronger and stronger which led her to the conclusion that she loved him.

once they got to class lucas came up to the front of the desk and sat in the empty seat in front of her. he turned to face yumi and rested his head on the chair. just there, endlessly staring at her. it seemed like there were stars in his eyes as we just stared into each other's brown pupils. at the back of yumi's head she couldn't believe she was thinking the way she was.

"are you guys having a staring contest or something?"
she heard yoongi say while yawning.

yumi broke my gaze with lucas and turned around to yoongi.

"no go back to sleep"

"that sounds like a good idea. goodnight"
he rested his head back on the desk.

when she turned around lucas was right in her face. he softly put his hand on her cheek while holding her hand with the other. but then the bell rang. he frowned and caressed her cheek before taking his hand away from her face . lucas stood up while still holding yumi's hand. their hands slipped off each others when the teacher got in the room and started class.

she couldn't focus most of the class because of his long lasting stare the whole period. she surprised he didn't get in trouble as he was obviously not putting attention.

when school ended she got to my locker and grabbed all her stuff. yumi was ready to get rid of all of it since graduation was in two days.

it felt good not having to be in that hell anymore.

while she was getting my stuff someone bumped into her making her drop all her things. it was clearly not an accident and on purpose . mayumi looked up to see who had bumped into her and saw a real life demon .

kwon seolhyun.
the biggest pain in the ass since middle school. always making fun of and annoying her.

"oops i guess you'll have to pick up all your stuff up by yourself cause i'm sure not gonna clean up your own mistake of bumping into me."
she snickered with a smile.

yumi was so done with her and was about to come back until she heard a voice.

"your parents are the ones that clearly made a big mistake of having you . apologize right at this second. "

lucas quietly mumbled the first but everyone still heard it.

yumi looked at him and smiled as seolhyun stood there in shock.

she walked away.

she sighed in relief.

"thanks"

lucas just smiled.

they picked up her stuff and walked out of school.

they were back home now and it was night time already. lucas was showering while she was sitting on the on the couch bored.

she decided to go outside to the roof. she usually went there when she was lonely or stressed about something. yumi got up top and stared at the sky.

today was a special night as the entire sky was filled with stars.

she sat there admiring the stars until she felt someones hand on my shoulder.

"what are you doing up here?"
lucas said with now actual stars in his eyes. he was in his pjs with his hair still wet from his shower.

"you are going to get sick if you come out here with your hair all wet yukhei!"

"don't call me that "
he said sitting down next to her.

"why do you hate being called yukhei so much ?"
she asked.

"......because that's what my parents used to call me"
he replied with a sad tone.

"im sorry,"

"it's okay yumi i have you now and that the only thing that matters"

mayumi smiled sincerely at him. they laid together for a while before going back inside.
