Chapter 13: Great First Days Kick Off With A Bang

On Monday my day started at 7:30. I had to get up, do my clothes, hair and makeup, eat breakfast and get to school by 9. Getting up I went into the bathroom and brushed and straightened my blondish brown hair. my hair was the same gradient dye as Grace's as we had got it done together in the summer holidays and redone in the winter holidays. If you couldn't notice the very small differences grace and I would look entirely identical.

Next I went into my wardrobe and got my outfit for the day out. I put on an 'invisible' strapless bra and my red tube crop top. My shirt ended in the middle of my stomach, inline with my ribs at the side. I then put on some black undies and my ripped faded black short shorts. my shorts ended exactly below my bum and some would say they were too short but personally they were perfect. I took my red strappy stilettos out of their box but I didn't put them on.

After getting dressed I went into the bathroom and did my makeup. I put on minimal foundation (only around my few pimples), eyeliner and mascara. I gave myself smokey eye (Steph had taught me). I also applied some tinted lip gloss which I popped into my green bag. I know what your thinking. my bag is ruining my look but green is amazing. As I picked up my bag and shoes Emmy pleaded to me to change my bag. I hesitantly agreed and emptied my green bags contents into a black handbag. again I grabbed my shoes when I remembered, I needed sunglasses! I found my favourite pair and rushed downstairs.

To help with our plan Chris was driving me to school in his fancy black BMW. I could drive yet as I had only just turned 16 and I needed to get lessons and pass my test. Chris was waiting for me downstairs and I snatched a banana out of the fruit bowl while running to the car. as usual I was running slightly late. Chris climbed in the drivers seat and drove away as I did up my heels.

SHOWTIME. I took a deep breath and climbed as gracefully as possible out of the car. We pulled up exactly in front of the school and when I got out it was all eyes on me. I casually got out my sunglasses and put them on while flicking my hair over my shoulder. my glance scanned the school yard and I noticed that all the guys were totally perving. some of the girls looked jealous, the bitches looked shocked and the nice girls just looked, well, nice. it suddenly dawned in me that I had been standing still for slightly too long and needed to get moving to stay cool. I hitched my bag further up my shoulder and strutted towards the main entrance with a bored expression on my face. some of the guys wolf whistled and I heard multiple ask for my name and/or my number. keeping my cool I nonchalantly flipped them all off.

Entering the building I glanced at the sign and walked towards the office. of course I was exactly like grace and taking all the same subjects. I even had graces old locker which already had all of her books in it. as I took out my English stuff ash came up to me. I turned around and said hi while nudging my sunglasses onto the top of my head. everyone still couldn't help look at me as we headed to first period. one girl waved at me and I smiled back. Tara noticed me and ran up, hugged me and said hi. as we reached English I turned around and surveyed the corridor when I met a pair of strangely familiar storm grey eyes. Jackson. "Mate!" Emmy screamed but I was expecting it. I turned into English and ignored my mate, my arch nemesis's presence.

At lunch the girl that waved to me in the hallway before school came up to me. "hi I'm Lora" she said, sticking out her hand. she looked kind of nervous. "I'm Bella" I replied flashing her a genuine smile. all day I had been fake smiling to teachers and classes. At morning tea ash and I were swamped with people saying things like "are you a model because you are so pretty", "what's your number, sexy?", "Where did you're shoes, I love them" and "come sit with us at lunch". it had taken the whole break to get them all away. during maths b Jackson kept staring at me and it was beginning to creep me out. I mean, geez, I know I'm your mate but please refrain from creeper staring me.

Lora was really pretty and was wearing a purple dress. she had done her blond hair into a bun and was wearing ballet flats. she was really kind and polite and offered for me and ash to sit at her lunch table as we lacked one of our own. Of course we graciously accepted and followed her to the cafeteria. it turns out that Lora was in my English class and her mate, Matthew, was in my physics and maths b and c. Lora and Matthew were both pack fighters and apparently a match made in heaven.

Lora lead is towards a big table that screamed 'popular'. seeing us, two if the guys stood up from the table and said "baby!" in unison. ash, Lora and the two guys blushed. ash ran up to tom and hugged him whereas Lora ran up to who I am assuming is Matthew and full on kissed him. I subtly coughed. Lora blushed even more and announced "everyone this is Bella" everyone said hi and I tentatively sat down. I noticed that Jackson was also at the table but I ignored him, even when he started kissing some girl. The other people at the table were Ashton, the third, Abbey, his slightly younger sister and a few wannabes. overall I enjoyed my first day of school and I made a great new friend.

hi hi hi how'd you like the new chapter and what did you think about Lora. I reckon she's really nice. also Jackson is Bellas mate! but Bella already knew because of the twin connection it's like they have four different mates to chose from; their mate and second chance and their twins mate and second chance. but you kinda don't know whose is whose... confusing...
