Chapter: 32
Ezio's POV:
I look at La Volpe as I asked "So what has Antonio been up too?"
"Sulking in his room..." La Volpe answered with a sigh.
"Why is he sulking?" I asked.
"I'm not sure...it could be numerous things of why he is." La Volpe answered as he made a 'hmm' sound before adding onto his sentence "I can always find out why later. How is Serena?"
"She is doing well now...she finally got to meet her mother" I answered.
"That's good. I'm glad she got to see her mother again..." La Volpe nodded with a smile on his face.
"The problem is now, what are we going to do with her brother?" I asked stopping near a table.
"I'm not sure, Ezio" La Volpe answered once again.
"What do you do with a sibling that has been following lies after lie and doesn't know what to think now? He is hurting himself and his only sibling along with their mother." La Volpe asked.
I was quiet for a few seconds before I spoke "We could always give him some space and then have someone talk to him."
"We could now..." La Volpe proposed.
"And push him further away....Serena would not like that at all. We have to be careful and watch what we say. He will only push us away and not listen at all to reason" I said looking at La Volpe.
"I suppose you're right, Ezio." La Volpe said with a sigh.
"We'll deal with him sooner than later, La Volpe" I reassured my friend.
La Volpe nodded "Okay"

Serena's POV:
It was night time once more as my mother went back into the room with my brother as she was afraid to leave him alone for to long. I have been conflicted on what to feel for my supposed sibling. The truth had finally come out, but at a great loss. I lost my brother and it was all because of that man back at that building that I was in. Those men that are part of an organize group call the Templars and I'm with the Assassins. My mother didn't say anything about me being an assassin, but I guess we were both distracted by our reunion.
I'm guessing soon we'll have that talk about my path and I'm a little worry in what she has to say. I pick this path because of her and I want to be strong for her. I also want to be standing next to my love in battle and watch his back, but what will my mother say. Does she approve of him? Does she approve of me becoming an assassin? I may be older than I was before and can make decisions on my own, but a mother's approval will make things much less complicated.
I let out a sigh as I look outside to see everything was peaceful and quiet. At least for now... I'm sure we'll be on our way again to get rid of some Templars before facing the leader, which is my father. I don't care...he can pay the price for what he did and if I have any say in that. I will kill him myself by my own hands. He will pay if it's the last thing I do...
Someone wrap their arms around me as I felt soft lips against my cheek as his voice waft across my ear "What's wrong, Serena?"
"Nothing is wrong...now that your here" I murmured back with a smile on my lips.
He chuckles as he turn me around to face him as he lean in and kiss me softly as I return it. My feelings have grown into something much more than I have realized. It's nothing bad at all. It actually feels nice to be sharing my feelings with someone that I have grown to love. We pull away from each other as his eyes look down at me with warmth. He whisper "I'll protect you no matter what, Serena"
