lost —
A beautiful scenery with grass of the greenest shade of green, pink flowers in all shapes all over the green grass and some even up in between the three leaves. Children running around in pure happiness and one woman who's voice felt unrealistically familiar to me, was what I woke up to.
Not understanding a single thing nor remembering my yesterday, i grasped my strands of hair as i massaged them against my throbbing head. As the female voice came closer, I started to feel something beating in my chest.
Slightly creeped out but mostly feeling curious of what it was, I stared down at the left side of my chest, gasping when meeting the white flower petals, six in total, building some kind of pattern right where my.. heart used to be.
Feeling uncomfortable, I tried to dust it off, the results being that the whole scenery including the kids, the voice and simply everything glitch.
Letting out a louder gasp at the frightening glitch, I let go of the petals as I shakily glared at my hands, almost yelping when I noticed the wet and dark red consistence roll down my wrists. Not understanding a thing at all, the lost eyes of mine quickly shifted to my chest again, now seeing the heart that replaced the six white, same shaped and same sized petals.
My throat went dry as I lost focus from the scenery in front of me, now trying my best to get the blood off of my hands. Desperately wiping my hands against the clothes I was wearing, I suddenly noticed the black coat I was wearing.
Feeling so different from when I-i.. I.. Where was I before this? Wasn't this always the place where I would be? Could that be my mother and my smaller siblings? Could this be my favourite garden, at our house?
Could I possibly, be alive now?
