Chapter 7

I woke up the next morning hair in my face. 'Where am I...' I thought as I got up from the soft bed and looked across to see my son in the other.. 'I remember sleeping on the couch... did he?' I looked around and didn't see the masked man  anywhere. I walked over to my son's bed and kissed him on his head.
"G-good morning.. mom..."
"Shhh.. are you hungry?" I asked and he nodded. "French toast or waffles?" I asked since those where his favorite breakfast meals.
"Waffles... with coconut whipped cream? And syrup??" He asked and I kissed his head.
"Anything for you my little sweetheart.." I said as I squeezed his hand and then walked to the kitchen.  I looked in the kitchen and found waffle mix and coconut shavings and coco Lopez.
I started making the coconut whipped cream and then I placed it in the fridge, then I started making the waffles. I felt something wrap around my hips.
"What the hell do you think your doing..." I said to the man who I could tell was smirking.
"Just checking up on you? Is that an issue...? Love?" He teased through that disgusting smirk.
"Don't you dare call me that..." I growled.
"All right... fine... Just so you know Ein wants you to finish more of the potions.."
"Yes.. I know I just want to make something for my son. Is that so much to ask? I have raised him for the past 6 years of my life and I won't stop now.."
"I can see that.." he said as he let go and began to walk off.
"Thank you..."
"Hmm?" He smirked and I glared at him.
"Thank you. Now don't try to get me to say it again cause I won't." I said as I finished the waffles and drizzled the maple syrup and put some coconut whipped cream on top.

I brought the plate upstairs and brought some waffles to my son and then washed his plate once he was finished. I walked to the cave and got to work with making the potions. As I heard some footsteps and I looked back.
"Tatiana, it's you!"
"Yes, you thought I was someone else?"
"Well I have been getting lots of visits from Mr. Mysterious Narcissist." I laughed and she joined in.
"Do you need anything?"
"Actually yes I do. By any chance do you have some spices of ginista?"
"No, but I think I saw some in the lodge? What are they for?"
"My son, they are to help him regain health and energy."
"I see, I will help."
"Thank you." I said and she smiled, I could tell something bothered her I was about to ask but she left right before I could.
"I finished making another potion..." I said as Ein walked in.
"Good.. Is there any way to speed up the process.."
"I would need some help. Sure I am a powerful witch but I'm more for incantations and charms, not potions. I'm a spell caster witch, not a brewer, I can make these potions but they would drain me more than my incantations. At most I can make 2 potions per day without passing out." I said and he nodded.
"Do you know someone who is a brewer witch?"
"No.. I don't, I don't think so at least." I lied and he looked at me.
"Are you lieing to me?"
"No I am not." I said strait to his face and and he nodded, 'I can't get more people involved in this' I thought as he took the finished potion and right before he left he said, "you are going to make 2 more potions then you can leave."
"But sir, I-"
"We don't have time, and you can't tell me anything, you are in no position to do so."
"Ok.." I finally submitted as ht then walked back.
"Take this.." he put on a glove before touching the trinket.
"What is this..." I said looking at the necklace.
"They said it's for giving people more magic energy.." I nodded and took it and placed it with the other two necklaces on my neck and then he left.

I finished mixing the ingredients for the second potion and started when Tatiana came back.
"Thank you so much, I hope that it didn't cause that much trouble."
"It was fine." She smiled and I smiled but her smile turned to a frown as she looked at my neck and then she shook her head.
"Is everything ok?" I asked and she smiled and nodded.
"Everything is fine." She said as I finished the second to last potion and fell down a bit and she caught me. "I should be the one asking if you are ok! How many of those did you make?"
"two trying to make three.."
"Oh dear.. let's get you home.." she said and I nodded. As we walked outside the snow worsened and she brought me to a small cave with a fireplace.
"No... I need to finish the last potion..." I said as I remembered what Ein said and I shivered as she laid me down.
"Not looking like that you are not! Now rest by the fire we will continue when the storm clears up.." She said as I drifted to sleep.

I woke up looking at the sky the fire was out and Tatiana was gone. I slowly got up and fell back to the floor.. "What's happening.." I thought as Tatiana ran over.
"Dear Irean! Your awake!" She said and I nodded trying to get up. "Let me help you!" She said as she helped me get up and walk. When we made it to the house she helped me to the couch where I collapsed. My vision was blurry and I felt drained and then came the nausea. I got up and brought myself to the bathroom and threw up... again... and again...
"The hell..." I said as I got up and washed up my face in the sink and Titania ran in.
"Let's get the bath started." She said and I nodded. She turned on the bath as I threw up my liver with everything I ate. "Y/n...?"
"Yes..."
"Did you... are you.."
"Did I, and am I what..?"
"Pregnant...."
"HELL NO! Ruji is my adopted child and I don't even have a boyfriend.. nor have I ever even had...No!" I said as she nodded her eyes full of concern. "What makes you think that..?" I said and she just stared at me.
"Your necklace...."
"What do you mean..."
"Where did you get that..."
"Ein gave it to me.. he said it would help me have more energy.."
"Take it off.."
"What?"
"Take it off!" She said as I tried to take it off  and I couldn't.
"Can you please help.." I said as she looked for the clip and took the necklace off.
"Thank god.. now put this somewhere safe.. hide it don't let any man touch it understand."
"Understood.."
"Now go get showered and changed.. I'll be waiting outside if you need anything and call me when you want me to bring you cloths.."
"Thank you.." I said as she left for me to get washed. Once I was done and she gave me some cloths I slowly walked out of the bathroom.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE ONLY MADE 2 POTIONS!!"
"She was in horrible shape I couldn't have left her there she could have passed out or worse!"
I watched as he was about to slap her and I jumped in front of her and took the hit and I fell to the floor touching the side of my cheek.
"You...What did I tell you!! I needed all 3 potions!" He said as he kicked me on the floor. "In the end you only bring me 2!"
"I-I.. I'm sorry.." I said as I held my side. "I-It won't happen again.." I said as he glared at me.
"It better not.. or else... Now go back! If you dare coming back without that last potion, your punishment would be worse." He said as I got up and I walked towards the door.
"Y/n..." I heard Tatiana say as I left the house.

I walked out into the cold blizzard that awaited me. I turned into my wolf form to give me more warmth from the freezing cold as I trudged threw the darkness, even with my night vision I could barely see because of the mountains of snow that piled down from the heavens. I finally made it to the cave and lit the small fireplace and the lanterns that were used to light the darkness. I then went to work mixing the potion making sure that I left out no ingredients. Once it was finished I poured the mix into a vile that I pressed against an emerald to give it an emerald sheen. Cold and weak I dragged myself to the fireplace and turned into my wolf form, as I heard faint footsteps outside of the cave before hearing a big crash. Using the strength I had left I managed to go outside I saw a light and followed it to see a partly broken lantern on the snowy forest floor and the man who dropped it no more than 4 feet away from it. 'What the hell was he thinking going out here..' I thought as I looked at the Black mask that covered his face. I managed to pull him onto my now furry back and brought him to the cave where I laid him next to the fireplace, and turned into my human form and collapsed right next to him...
