The young boy asked Megami as she rubbed her 8-months-pregnant stomach. Her gaze switched from her stomach to her eldest son in seconds, her smile still present on her face.

"Why do you ask?"

"Because I want a beautiful woman to be my wife, just like you!"

The young woman laughed as she couldn't believe what her son had just said. She reached over to him and ruffled his hair.

"Toshiki, the lilac hasn't bloomed yet. But I do want you to marry a lady so pure and kind. Make sure that you will protect her with everything you have, and love her to the limits, OK?" The young boy nodded as he ran out of the living room to the courtyard to his other brothers.

The next day, tragedy struck the Demon Clan as they had lost their queen.

It was a rather gloomy day as rain poured down all over the walls of the Demon Realm. Toshiki Kai was walking to his guild as he wore his signature frown, feeling disappointed with the results of his last mission. He entered the guild of drunkards with a bored face and his hands in his pockets. Some demons saw Kai and grinned evilly, some even cracking their knuckles.

"Kai, I want a rematch!" One screamed, seated in a table very near to Kai. He looked at the demon and recognized him as the guy he defeated two days ago in just one move.

"Same here!" Another raised his fist, standing across the room. Soon, most of the demons were screaming for a rematch from the unbeatable beast. Instead of paying attention to them, Kai scoffed and ignored the weaklings as he walked to the bar where he saw his friend, drinking beer while looking at him with a challenging raised brow.

"Ignoring us?! You'll regret it! Grade 3 Vanguard-" A guy jumped over Kai, reaching out for him getting ready to attack. Kai teleported over the guy and smashed him to the floor using his foot. He landed on top of the demon, walking on him as he reached the bar. Everyone in the guild went silent, as they realized they were dealing with the Demon King's eldest son.

Miwa, who was Kai's friend, was used to this kind of scene and instead laughed and clapped as he saw everyone's expressions, "Haha, your reactions are just-haha!" Kai glared at his friend, who was also used to the glares and death stares belonging to the demon beast Kai.

Kai ignored his so-called friend and ordered a beer, chugging it all in one go. He slammed the mug as the job provider smiled and neared him.

"So you finished that mission with those human hunters, huh?" Kai glared at the job provider with a disappointed but angry look.

"It was an easy one, and you go ahead and tell me that it was S-class." The job keeper smiled apologetically as he gave Miwa another mug of beer.

"Well, there weren't any SS or S-class quests, so I set you up with an A-class one. Anyways, I have great news for you. There's one specifically for you and your brothers from the King. You have to go to the kingdom to take that quest if you are interested." Kai looked at the job keeper with a bit of interest.
