It was a rather normal day in the demon palace, and Kai was roaming around the halls of the kingdom, bored. He knew the Asaka girl was currently with Misaki, as he arrived just as she sat down next to her. He also couldn't take a quest in his guild either as Zenaku prohibited them from taking any other mission other than his quest. Kai sighed, feeling a small amount of envy for Asaka before groaning in confusion. Why was he acting like this? And what for?

"Kai." He looked back and glared at the person who called his name. "What do you want, Leon?"

Leon smiled, making Kai confused. "You would usually call me Soryu, what made you change Kai? A woman, perhaps?" Kai gritted his teeth as he faced him.

"If your not going to tell me anything else, I suggest you leave me alone." He told the wind manipulator as he looked back at his path and started walking away. Leon smiled before lowering his head, frowning.

"It's about our mission for father, and Aika. The rest of the brothers are in the library, the one father doesn't know about." Kai froze in his tracks as he heard his beloved sister's name. He looked at his brother's lavender eyes with a cold stare.

He proceeded to walk to the library, where no royal attendant stood.

'They must've dealt with them already... ' Kai assumed.

He then went to the second floor and to the right before touching the last bookshelf, opening a stride gate.

The gate soon opened, and the two brothers walked in. Kai arrived at the secret library, seeing the 3 brothers seated in their perspective meeting chairs. Ren smiled as he saw his elder brother who sat next to him, before clearing his throat.

"Now, what did you want to tell me?" Kai asked, annoyed. He had somewhere to be right now, and this library was the least he wanted to go to. Leon nodded at Ren, choosing him to explain.

"Over the month that you've been away, us four have been talking about father's request. Neither of us wants to rule, and I don't think you do too." Ren paused, "So, we decided to start a rebellion against father. One that would banish him away from the Demon Clan, and take away his magic, or if possible, annihilate him."

Kai narrowed his eyes, "And what does this have to do with Aika?"

This time, Chrono answered his question. "Along with that plan, we plan to find a cure for Ai's illness. I found out that the spell can only be broken by someone from the Goddess Clan, using the White Serenity Purification Ritual where black, white, and divine magic merge."

"So what is our plan?" Kai asked, getting interested in the mission. He thought about the relic and then a certain lilac haired beauty. Neither of them said anything and shook their heads. Kai sighed, before thinking about a plan.

"How foolish, trying to come up with a way to defeat father without a plan?" He chuckled at the foolishness of his brothers.

"Anyways, lucky for all of you I had formed a plan ahead of all of you. But first, I need to know the clans of your chosen brides." Ren raised a brow at Kai, confused as to why he asked such an unrelated question.

"Just tell me, it's part of the plan I'm thinking about. Just state their race, you don't need to say her name."

"Human, but she's a witch." Ren muttered.
