A few years have passed since then.

Peace was still present in all of the lands, and the lives of our favorite characters have been wonderful. Chrono was able to stand on his own as the crowned Demon King after Ren had trained him. After Chrono finally took on the full role of Demon King, Ren went back to Asaka and settled down with her. Her coven had already been well-established, so she decided to give the role of High Priestess to one of her most trusted subordinates, Rin Hashima. After she gave up her title, she left the coven and settled down with Ren back at the small village where the two met. They gave birth to a daughter named Yuna later on.

Leon had been the first to settle down. Immediately after he took on his mother's role as the Protector of the Seas, he married Sharlene and had triplets: Leo, Aira, and Sana. Aichi and Kourin also had to get married before their coronation. A few months after they were ordained as the new rulers, Kourin found out she was pregnant. They had a daughter, and to honor Kourin's mother, they named her Mikuru.

The Dragon Clan was finally reborn after hundreds of years. They were now known as one of the strongest clans because of the good leadership of their king, Kai. Along with establishing the Demon Realm, Misaki had also established her own, small realm similar to that of Cray. It was her sacred place, where she would fulfill her duties as the Goddess of Balance like how she did as a guardian. 

Misaki and Kai hadn't thought of having children during their time of re-establishing the realms they ruled over. But after a long while, they considered it and finally had a son and two daughters, whose names are Taishi, Akari (Misaki's Mother), and Megami, all to honor the people whom they lost.

Looking back on everything that had happened, Misaki was glad that serendipity has made its mark on her life, giving her the best partner she could ever imagine. She was glad that fate had told her to live her own life, doing something she always wanted to do. 

And so, as she finished writing her story on a book, she left one last message for those who'll be reading it.

Never stop dreaming, and maybe, you'll be able to create your own fate. Maybe, you'll be faced with serendipity.

This marks the end of Serendipity.

I would like to thank everyone who chose this story to read. I know it may seem rushed, and there are probably other better books that were written, but I'm thankful you still continued reading on and finally finishing the story. 

I really enjoyed writing this. It was fun to fantasize and imagine the plot of this book. There were so many things I wanted to do. I wanted to continue on with the story of the other couples, their chemistry and how they came to accept each other and fall in love.

For one year, this story was left incomplete and forgotten. I abandoned this account and almost forgot the precious characters in this story until I came back and finally realized how much this book actually means to me.

I may not have done the greatest job with the plot, seeing as how after reading it a couple of times, it was a bit messy, but I'm glad it still got high rankings in the tags.

Nonetheless, I would like to thank everyone who supported this story and kept going until it reached its end.
