"The promise between us was a delicate flower."

It was a very serene day as the sun shone brightly against the golden yellow leaves of the tree. On a branch was a lilac haired woman whose hair reached the floor, her lavender-white kimono ever so elegant with one side rather out of place and in her arm, exposing her bandaged chest. The woman sighed as she reached out to catch a falling petal.

"I can finally relax and find peace-"

"Misaki!" She heard a cheerful girl shouted the divine spirit's name, running on top of the hill where she found the divine spirit leaning against the tree.

"Or not." Misaki sighed, her peace being interrupted by the same bluenette witch whom she only met weeks ago.

"What is it now, Witch?" Misaki asked as she looked below at her with a small frown and a bored face and tone of voice.

"Hey, don't be mean!" Asaka frowned as she put a covered basket down. Misaki stared at the girl as she uncovered the basket to reveal a few sandwiches. Asaka took one and smiled at Misaki.

The lilac haired beauty raised a brow. "What are you doing?"

"I was hoping I could have lunch here, even thought you don't really eat..." Asaka gaze left Misaki, awkwardly munching on bread and avoiding Misaki's gaze.

She sighed at the girl.

"So, what dark schemes do you plan on doing to my lair? Practice dark magic?"

Asaka glared playfully at the divine spirit. "For your information, I am a WHITE witch who practices WHITE magic to HELP the people and environment around her."

"However," She paused to swallow and raise her index finger. "I do know a thing or two about black magic."

Misaki couldn't help but smile a bit, suddenly warming up a bit more to the girl. It was not always that a bubbly girl like Asaka would come to the realm. Most of the times, it would be greedy humans who wanted the relics Misaki protects. Asaka had only wandered into the lair, thus receiving a threatening shock from the divine spirit the first time they had met.

"Well, pardon me for assuming then." Misaki spoke casually, throwing the witch off guard for a second.

"Well, well, well, look who's warming up." Asaka chuckled. Misaki couldn't help but smile.

Suddenly, the winds around them and strengthened and the golden leaves blew in the same path. They all gathered at the front of Misaki and formed a golden scroll.

Misaki looked at it in surprise, "Is it that time already?"

"Hm? So those are the divine scrolls I have read about?" Asaka asked, still munching on her piece of bread.

Misaki ignored her and proceeded to open the scroll. Misaki focused as the Japanese characters formed words.

"In time, a masculine demon with a pure heart shall come, and he shall demand for the relics of recreation. Do not be fooled with the history between your race and his, for his intentions may not be what you think. Be careful with your actions, for this may be your most euphoric gift, or your most significant downfall."
