"Life goes on."

The Bells of the Heavens rung loud, calling all leaders of each clan to the heavens for the conference. All brothers were in formal-casual wear.

"You guys all ready?" Kai asked his brothers, who all nodded their heads. At once, the five went inside the stride gate and entered the Heavens.

"Gosh, it's so bright," Ren complained, while Aichi and Chrono looked around, adoring the white structures.

A woman in a green, flower-patterned kimono approached them. The woman had lilac-colored that was tied beautifully in a high, side bun held by a pink flower pin. They could recognize the lilac-haired woman from far away.

"Welcome to the Heavens, the realm of the Oracles and the Gods." Misaki formally greeted them with a small, respectful smile on their faces. Ren grinned.

"MisaQ! You look fabulous." Misaki smiled, before looking at Kai, who was awestruck. She couldn't help but smile.

"Please follow me, I'll lead you to the conference hall of the Gods," Misaki told them, before starting to walk ahead of the brothers. The demons all followed Misaki, often at times making small talk with her about the realm. However, Kai remained silent.

"Kai? Are you okay? You seem more quiet than usual." Aichi couldn't help but ask. Misaki eyed him, she noticed that about him too.

Kai nodded at Aichi and Misaki, "I'm alright."

Misaki stopped in her tracks in front of a large hall. She opened the doors, revealing a large reception room with the other leaders. She stepped aside and motioned them to enter. Kai stayed behind and looked at Misaki with a straight face. She rose a brow, a smile on her face.

"What? Is there something you want to tell me? You've been awfully quiet, don't you know that?" She told him in a playful voice. The brunette smiled before planting a soft kiss on her lips.

"T-Toshiki!" Misaki almost screamed, covering her flustered face. The dragon couldn't help but chuckle at the girl's cute face.

"You look really pretty." He told her, before walking inside the reception. Misaki couldn't help but smile.

"Good luck today!" She exclaimed, before walking back to escort the other clan leaders to the reception.

When Kai met up with his brothers, they all had a smirk on their faces. Kai ignored them and proceeded to walk to the actual meeting area. Getting on one of the pillar stands, they waited for the meeting to start. Kai eyed the people coming in and saw a few familiar faces.

"Thank you for coming to this conference," A voice was heard from above. The Supreme God entered the room, and the doors closed.

"Let us now begin the meeting," Galliard, one of the heaven's archangels, told everyone.

"It has come to the attention of many that there had been a war against the former demon king, Zenaku, created by his own children," The Supreme God started, "And it seems you were able to eradicate him and the ancient magic, Void."

"Indeed, we did," Kai answered, "Thanks to all of the clans who had teamed up with us in order to eradicate him."

The Supreme God smirked, "Because of your passion to retain peace, we offer our camaraderie to the Demon Clan."

Kai couldn't help but smile a bit as he looked at Chrono and nodded. Chrono smiled and took his place as the speaker.

"We shall accept that offer with open arms."

As the Demon King, he slit his palm and poured his blood on the bowl containing the other blood of the other clans, signing a blood pact. The meeting continued on, discussing all the current issues the lands were facing. It was also brought up the fact that the Dragon King had awakened his power and the return of the Dragon Clan.

After a long while, the meeting ended and everyone went back to the reception area. Kai and Misaki regrouped and started talking to the other Clan leaders, while the four other brothers did the same. Surprisingly, even the Supreme God approached the two.

"You two have gone through a lot, the heavens have seen, and it seems that we'll be giving the two of you the blessings of the Heavens." Misaki and Kai couldn't help but smile as they looked at each other.

"Thank you very much."

The Supreme God smiled, "May you and your friends be blessed by the spirits who have all departed, yet meant something to you."

Life went on for everyone else.

Leon left the kingdom with Sharlene to his mother's hometown and took on the role of the protector of the seas, while also settling down with his lover. Ren also left shortly after Leon did, and helped Asaka regroup her coven. Aichi too parted ways with them and began preparations for his and Kourin's coronation as King and Queen of the Royal Paladin Kingdom. Chrono was left in the realm to retain the order in the Demon Realm, with the guidance of Ren.

Kai journeyed through many lands until he found the lairs of the ancient dragons who had gone extinct many years ago.  Upon depositing his blood to the empty lake which served as the birthing place of the dragons, the realm started to reform.

After a long while, he retained the position of King to the dragons.

Misaki had been working her way up as a goddess, going around the world and helping the different clans retain balance in their realms. She was turning into a promising goddess, the more people she helped. Of course, she mainly focused on the Dragon Realm seeing as how they were just restarting to build up their clan once more.

But she wasn't just a goddess to them, she was their Queen.

"My Queen, welcome back." She smiled at Eulalia, who awaited her at the gates of the kingdom. She breathed in the fresh air before beginning to make her way to the kingdom. In her path, she was greeted and talked to by many of the people. She was always praised and loved, and she was thankful for that.

Finally, she reached the entrance of the kingdom and immediately walked to the throne room where she saw her husband, standing in front of the two thrones which sat at the pillars. Misaki smiled and began walking towards him, Kai too, also doing the same.

"Welcome back, my goddess." Kai took Misaki's hand and kissed her knuckles. The queen couldn't help but chuckle at her king's actions.

"Thank you, your highness. Now, could you please cook me something? I've been missing my husband's cooking." Misaki told him, a small smile on her face.

Kai smiled, "Of course, anything for my Queen."
