"I don't know what to wear!" I said loudly to my friend, Zoe, who was getting ready in the bathroom. She came running in. "Okay, I'll help- just a minute," she said, before running back into the bathroom to finish her makeup.

We were both getting ready for a 5 Seconds Of Summer concert. I know right! A 5sos concert. We were ridiculously lucky and managed to get meet-and-greet tickets- which costed an arm and a leg sadly, but I so knew it would be worth it! Our plan was to get there really really early, so we could get to the front of the mosh pit- we wanted to get really good photos and close up. We'd both been fans for a while- but admitedly- not since the start. I felt a bit guilty that I hadn't been a fan since the start, but I loved them just as much and loved their music, so I guess there wasn't really a problem.

Me and Zoe had known each other for years. We went to the same primary school and sometimes, we drove each other up the wall, but we were so close and went to as amny concerts as possible together. Only last month, we saw All Time Low- we both had the time of our lives. When we were younger, we saw 5sos at a smallish venue, and I'd never forgotten that night.

But now, we're both 18.

Zoe had medium length, wavy electric blue hair and big brown eyes, she usually had her eyelashes really big, with eyeliner. Today, she was wearing her black skater skirt, with a 5sos band shirt tucked in. She was really chatty and was always singing. We were perfect for each other as friends, both loved music, concert and boys!

I had purple hair [recently dyed], green eyes and I always wore mascara, I really liked big eyelashes. That night, I was wearing my ripped denim shorts, tonnes of bracelets, a band t-shirt and a flannel shirt around my waist. My hair was in beach waves and I had red-tinted lips, and wearing my burgundy converse.

Zoe came running in, "I thought you didn't know what to wear?" she asked. I shrugged, looking in the mirror, "I chose it now, I guess. Do I look okay?" I asked.

She smiled and nodded, "Yeah! Do I?" she asked looking down at her skirt.

I nodded, "You always look lush!" I exclaimed.

Before we got in the car, I grabbed my CDs. It was 8pm. The concert started at 8pm. We had a 2 hour drive to go through, as well as a rest stop, to get to the venue. "Excited?" I asked Zoe, as I put in a 5sos CD. She nodded vigourously, "You bet I am!"

And so, we set off on our way to the concert, getting in early so we could get good seats.
