After I'd cleaned myself up, I just sat back on the floor. "Come on, let's go out. Go and sit down, where it's comfortable," Zoe encouraged. I shook my head, my throat burning from my recent wrenching. "Holly. Look, we can go and sit down. Come on," she stood me up again and I looked in the mirror.
I looked awful.
My make up was down my cheek, where I'd cried. She unlocked the door, and walked me out. "Come on, sit down with me." I sat down on the sofa.
Ashton put his arm around me, "Holly?" he said softly. I just continued to stare at the floor. I felt so empty, and like I was alone. Yeah, I mean I understand I had the boys, and Zoe and had my family, but it was different. Luke was mine. He was my world. My everything. I loved him, and that quickly he was just..gone? Well, almost gone.
"Holly, look at me," Ash tilted my face towards his. He looked into my eyes, searching them frantically. "Holly?" Eventually, I looked back at him. I felt so cold. I was shivering slightly. "Luke," I whispered.
"What? What's happened?"
"Luke was.. in a c car crash and is in," I started, "a coma," I breathed. I felt my stomach wrench again, but it wasnt sick that came out, it was tears. I buried myself in Ashton's chest. His arms wrapped around me tightly as I shook uncontrollably.
"Oh my god," Calum said, "I, I. Fuck." I heard his breathing quicken and he started crying. Michael stared at the floor, tears streaming down his face. I soon felt Ashton's tears dropping onto me, as his grip on me tightened. I sat up and looked at this tear-drenched face. I wiped them away and leaned back into his chest, beginning to cry loudly again.
