I ran in with Calum and saw Luke, moving and groaning. I covered my mouth with my hand, and my eyes streamed tears of pure happiness. "Luke, oh my god. You're awake," he looked over at me. He looked puzzled.

After the nurse had taken out his tubes from his throat, we were allowed to see him again. "Calum, Michael, Ashton.. guys!" they all individually hugged him. As I went over and bent down to hug him he shrugged away. "Sorry, um. Who are you?" he asked. I instantly pulled away, "What."

"I asked, who you are," I could tell he felt awkward.

"Luke. It's me?"

"What's your name? You look.. you look like an Annie, is that your name?"

"What? No! That isn't my name," I sighed. He'd forgotten me. He didn't remember me. How could he not remember me?

"Oh, sorry. I just don't remember you."

I laughed, "That's fine, I wasn't really a big part of your life anyway."

"You're already engaged to someone, I mean you've got a ring on right? So I'm guessing we weren't together or anything?" he said.

"No. We weren't together." I walked out. I was so angry, how could he have forgotten me?!

Luke came home the next day. "Can I stay in your room?" I asked Calum and Ashton. "Luke doesn't remember me, so I'm guessing he won't want me sleeping in his bed."

Ashton nodded, "Sure. I'll sleep on the blow-up mattress."

"No, it's fine, I will," I offered.

He shook his head, "No way, honestly it's fine."

For dinner that night, we ordered pizza again. "Thanks Darren," Luke said. I stared at him with pure anger and upset. "Wow. Please excuse me," I said sourly before leaving the room.

The pizza delivery guy?

The fucking pizza delivery guy.

He remembers the pizza delivery guy's name and not his girlfriend of almost 3 years. "Holly?" Zoe asked.

"The god damn pizza delivery guy, Zoe. He remembers the pizza delivery guy's name but not mine! He remembers your name for gods sake, he remembers you, but why not me?!" I shouted. I sat down, frustrated tears slipped down my cheeks.

"Hey! Don't cry, Holly. Look, he will remember you, I promise. It may take time, but he will remember you," she told me. I sighed and nodded. We went back into the room and grabbed pizza. Luke looked up, "So, ugh how come you live with us?" Luke asked me. I clenched my jaw. "Don't you live with your fiancé?" he asked me.

"I do live with my fiancé, but he's a way for a while. I don't know when he's coming back," I said, avoiding eye-contact.

"Oh, why don't you call him?" he asked.

I shrugged, "Waste of time."
