Worship is a very personal thing. Some people raise their hands, clap, tap their feet, and some are reserved and quiet. How you physically display your worship is between you and the Lord. There is no right or wrong way, however the attitude of your heart is what the Lord desires. Is my heart truly joyful, reverent, thankful, blessed? Some songs are strictly praise to the Lord thanking Him for who He is and what He has done. Others are more reflective. Does God really have my heart? Do I truly desire Him to work in my life and fashion me into His likeness? It is not by my own efforts that I am saved and transformed. The Lord changes me, but I have to be willing. Willing to believe that I can do nothing of my own strength, but I can do all things when He is the source of my strength. We serve an awesome God.
