Alex POV

[Private Message]

Liza💙: I'm coming over~~

Alex: To do what?

Liza💙: I'm taking you out on a "date" duh!!!!

Alex: Don't you think we're taking this a bit too far?

Liza💙: No, I heard John is going to be at the park with a few friends and we need to sell the idea that we're into each other!!

Alex: Fine, but you owe me

Liza💙: John is going to date you after this! That's what I owe you!!

Alex: You can't be sure

Liza💙: I'm here

I heard a knock on the door right as I received the text, and went to go open it.

"Liza!" I smiled.

"Lexi!" She smiled in return.

She took my hand and walked me to her car.

We hopped inside, and she turned up the radio, then we drove off.

"Cavetown?" I inquired.

"You know it," She laughed.

"Are you doing this for yourself?" I asked.

She turned down the radio, surprised.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean, whenever you first introduced the idea of us dating a few weeks ago, you said you hoped Theodosia would be into you if we pretended to date, are you just doing this for yourself?"

"What?! No way, I care about you and your relationship with John just as much as I care about mine with Theo," Liza reassured me.

"Okay..."

"We're here!" She exclaimed.

The park had a few people in it, and the city around us was visible.

"Come with me!" Liza took my hand once again.

She guided me deeper and deeper into the woods, until we came across a wall with way too much graffiti spray painted on.

She sat down, and patted a spot next to her, signaling me to sit down with her.

"It's beautiful out, isn't it?" She started up some conversation.

"Yeah... Wait, didn't you say John would be here?"

John POV

"LAF, HERC! GET A ROOM!" Theo and I yelled in unison at Laf and Herc as they planted kisses on each other's cheeks.

"Well we're just being romantic! If you want to go be lonely forever, then you can leave!" Herc remarked.

Theo and I rolled our eyes, and walked off to the park.

"I heard you like Martha," Theo smirked.

"Eliza told you?"

"Yup,"

"Listen, please don't tell anyone this, but I was lying..."

"What?! Why would you do that?"

"I-I panicked, I didn't want to tell her I'm-"

"Gay?"

"H-How'd you know?"

"The moment I saw you my gaydar went overboard," she grinned.

"So you know who I like?"

"Alex," she grinned even wider.

"How do you know that too?!"

"Jack, I've known you since I was five, I knew you'd fall for a guy like Alex,"

"Wait, you had a gaydar when you were five?" I laughed.

"Yup,"

We giggled like little ten year olds for an unrecognizable amount of time, and then she spoke randomly.

"Alex and Eliza aren't dating,"

"What?!"

"Eliza is only pretending so that you'd be jealous and fall for Alex, and she didn't even have to! But now I'm jealous!"

"You like Eliza?! And Alex likes me back?!"

"Unbelievable, I know..." Theo sighed.

"John! Theo!" A familiar voice called out for us.

We both realized we had gotten into the park awhile ago.
