Hold on, this isn't right.
This room... is not the same.
Instead of the soft light casting on the peach-coloured walls of my room, I'm in an octagonal room lit completely with a bright blinding white light. There isn't much in this room. I stand up to explore, but when I do, a voice snaps at me.
"Sit down. Or we shoot you. Shoot to kill."
"Much use I'll be to Nashesh dead."
"You can move when he comes. Tell him if you two do anything remnant-y to get out, you both get shot. We're monitoring your telepathy, so no secret plans, okay?"
I nod. It's quite clear. We screw up, we die.
