Zephaniah
I'm a few metres away when the Crawler attacks me. It flies into my chest and I don't have time to stab it. I throw it off me but it bounces off the wall and hits me in the head. I hit the ground, my head swims. I can't pass out, I can't... I have flashbacks to the day Steele attacked me and suddenly I'm filled with a burst of adrenalin. I throw myself at the Crawler, driving the knife through its neck. It screams and writhes, but I hold my weight in place and keep it from moving. It dies, still trying to throw me off. I stood up, covered in it's blood. Then I go into the octagonal room and hold my hand out to Elyssa.
"Let's get started."
