"Taehyung?" Jimin called, looking around his empty room. He was about to go to the restroom to see if he was in there, but stops when he spots a piece of paper on the floor.

He picks it up, reading it. His eyes widen and he sprints out the room, getting into his car and speeding until he reaches Jungkook's house.

He bangs on the door until a woman opens it, "Who are you?" She questions.

Jimin ignores her and runs inside, seeing Jungkook on the couch, looking over in alarm. Once he sees Jimin, that looks frantic, he jumps up.

"Jimin?"

Jimin shoves the paper at him, "Found this in my room with Taehyung missing."

Jungkook reads over it, his jaw clenching in anger. He goes to his room and puts on his boots, grabbing Jimin's hand as they storm out, ignoring his mothers questions.

Jungkook doesn't say anything, scaring Jimin a little. Once they pull up to Taehyung's old house, they see an ambulance outside. Jungkook doesn't let Jimin stop the car before he has jumped out. Jimin abruptly stops and jumps out at well, leaving the car running and in the middle of the road.

"Hey! What happen?" Jungkook yells as he runs towards the paramedics who are carrying a stretcher out of the house.

Jimin gasps when he sees his boyfriend groaning on the stretcher, his hands bloody as he holds his side. 

Jimin sees Jungkook running out of his peripheral vision towards Taehyung. Jimin goes into action as well, stopping once he reaches the two others.

"Where is he?" Jungkook is growling, looking around as Taehyung cries, trying to reach out towards him.

"Baby?" Jimin cries as well, making Taehyung meet his eyes and cry harder. Jimin reaches out to comfort Tae, but a paramedic starts pushing them away. Jungkook is about to fight against them, but stops when he sees a man being taken out of the house with two officers, his hands cuffed behind his back.

Jungkook springs into action, no one seeing Jungkook's fist coming until Taehyung's father stumbles back. Jimin runs over, grabbing Jungkook to stop him from attacking him when two officers are right there.

"Let me go!" Jungkook yells, but Jimin shakes his head.

The officers were glaring and yelling at Jungkook, telling him to back off. Jimin was not about to let him get arrested right now.

"Stop, Jungkook! We need to go to the hospital!" Jimin pulls Jungkook away, his strength weakening as he sobs. But, he continues to pull Jungkook anyway.

Jungkook finally listens and they get into Jimin's car, following the ambulance that has had a head start.

"This is way too fucking familiar, Jimin," Jungkook says, his eyes watering. He doesn't even care at this point to hide his tears.

He doesn't know what happened, but he knows that his Taehyung was bleeding out due to that fucker that he's sadly related to.

Jimin glances over at Jungkook, a little surprised that Jungkook is crying. He doesn't think he's ever seen him cry. He worriedly slows down, "Jungkook, are you okay?"

Jungkook sniffles and nods, "Jimin, why aren't you more worried? He's your boyfriend."

"I'm terrified! But I can't let myself fall apart yet. I don't even know what's wrong with him."

"Jimin," Jungkook says, "I saw the wound. He was bleeding out. I-it wasn't good!"

Jimin takes in a deep breath, turning when the ambulance does.

"I can't think about that."

Once they get to the hospital, they once again rush in and got told to wait in the waiting room.

Jin comes rushing in, just like last time, but this time he looked worried not confused.

"JK!" Jin rushes over, making the two stand up.

"What? How did you know we are here?"

"I followed you because you two just ran out in a rush," Jin explains, "and I found out what happen to Taehyung."

"What? How? Tell us!" Jimin begged, his eyes widening.

Jin nodded, "I stoped and asked the officer what happened and he said that someone called after hearing a gunshot and a scream. I'm guessing Taehyung was the one shot, huh?"

Jimin's knees gave out and he plopped into the chair, too shocked to function at the moment.

Jungkook was also surprised, not even trying to hold back his tears as they flowed down his cheeks. Jin sighed and pulled his brother into a hug. Guess that answered his question.

Jimin couldn't believe that Taehyung had been shot. Fucking shot. How did this even happen? Did his father kidnap him?

They sit for hours.

No one talks until a doctor comes out.

"Family of Kim Taehyung?"

They all stand up.

"Taehyung is out of surgery. He will recover, and is stable. The bullet missed any important organs, but he won't be able to do any physical activity anytime soon," The doctor tells them as he leads them to Taehyung's room.

"Thank you, doctor," Jin says as the other two boys barge into the room.

Taehyung is not awake when they enter, but he was sitting up, his face pale.

"I'm going to get some food. Do y'all want anything?" Jin asks, standing by the door. He wanted to give them their privacy.

"We're good."

Jin nods and leaves.

Jungkook walks over and takes Taehyung's hand. Jimin goes up and pushes his hair from his face, frowning at his paleness.

"I'm going to kill him."

"Jungkook, stop," Jimin tiredly sighs, "stop thinking of revenge while we need to think about Tae."

"I'm always thinking of Tae."

Jimin looks over, a hint of jealousy runs through his body.

"I know. You're always thinking of my boyfriend."

Jungkook just narrows his eyes. Now was not the time to be possessive.

Jimin just sighs and leans down, kissing Taehyung's forehead. Jungkook watches, feeling a little hurt. He wished he could do that.

Jungkook looks over at Jimin, noticing how his cheeks were pink from crying and how he smiles when he looks at Taehyung. It was cute. He was cute, and that's maybe how he won Taehyung over.

Jungkook sighs and holds on to Taehyung's soft hand. Holding on to dear life since that is the only thing he will get of him.
