A Trip To Remember

Mud Masks

"Weren't we going to bake something with that whip cream?" Alysa asks, walking into the room and ruffling her damp hair with a towel.
We decided to clean up and come back inside to have breakfast after about an hour of our fun. Mostly because the whip cream was starting to stick and smell weird. With only three bathrooms, taking showers was taking a long time for everyone.
    I grinned. "What did you imagine I'd be cooking with 20 cans of whipped cream?" I asked, laughing.
    "Touché."
    I laughed and we walked into the kitchen. Everyone else was in their rooms, so we decided to start making breakfast. I glanced down and laughed.
    "Are you going to put on pants?" I asked laughing.
    She shrugged. "Are you going to put on a shirt?"
    (I'm wearing a sports bra and she is wearing short booty shorts don't get triggered Rianna)
    We both laughed and I pulled the mixing bowl out of the cupboard.
    "Waffles?" I asked holding up the bowl.
    "You know it!" She said and we high fived, laughing hysterically.
    We talked for a while as we made the batch when Tyler walked in the kitchen.
    "WAIT WHAT IS HAPPENING OH MY GOD." He exclaimed, surprised as we made breakfast.
    "Oh relax we've all seen each other in swimsuits, sweet cheeks." Alysa said rolling her eyes and flipping the waffle maker. We once heard Rianna call him that as a joke and we kinda held it over his head.
    I laughed at the nickname and he huffed a breath, his bangs rustling. He silently backed out of the kitchen with his hands still over his eyes.
    We looked at each other and laughed. "Hey lets turn on some music." I suggested.
    She jumped at the opportunity and turned on some Guns 'n Roses and we danced around the kitchen.
Twenty minutes later, we finished.
"CHILDREN." I shouted down the hall, with plates in my hands. I set the plates on the dining table just as everyone came walking out.
"YEAH." Sophia bellowed, racing to sit. I laughed and patted her shoulder before she looked at me. "PUT ON A SHIRT PRINCESS WE HAVE MEN IN THE HOUSE." She screamed at me, kinda pouncing on me as to cover my body as I wheezed and swatted her off. Everyone laughed at Sophia accept for Nathan, who literally has no sense of humor. Like none.
"I mean I don't think the men mind." Noah said shrugging. I walked past him to grab my oversized sweatshirt on the couch, and punched him hard in the gut on the way. He doubled over and wheezed.
I smiled and sat down. Everyone else sat down as well and dug in.
     "So...what's today's plan?" I asked, taking a bite out of a strawberry.
     Everyone mumbled and kept shoveling food in their mouths. I cleared my throat.
     "SO WHATS THE PLAN TODAY?" I asked obnoxiously loud.
     "What're you on about?" Joseph asked, rolling his eyes.
     "We must make a plan for lé day," I said with a convincing smile and a fake accent.
     "Maybe we take a lazy day." Sophia suggested.
     "Of course." Caleb said throwing his hand up.
     "I guess. We can have a little Beauty Day." Alysa said excitedly, clapping her hands together.
     "I just wanna eat, man, but whatever." Sophia said, shaking her head.

     Two hours later, we had our day ready and the girls sat on the couch.
     "Do you really expect us to participate in your weird spa day?" Nathan asked, holding up the face masks on the table.
     "Oh, yes, yes I do." I said turning around with a dazzling grin.
     I turned back around and straightened everything on the counter.
     "Ok first, face masks. Then we'll do deep conditioning while waxing—"
     "Whoa uh what. No, no, no. No one said anything about waxing." Jo said with wide eyes.
     "Well that is the plan." I said.
     "Ok let me rephrase. Fuck off." He said.
     I huffed a breath and rolled my eyes.
     "If she says we're waxing then, hell, we're waxing." Sophia said to Jo. I looked between them and could 100% sense the awkwardness as the look in his eyes says he caved.
     "Ok let's just do it." I sang enthusiastically.
     We paired up naturally and the girls helped the boys put on their mud masks after we put on our own.
     "Are you sure you know how to do this?" Nathan asked doubtfully while I rubbed the mud stuff between my hands.
    "Hey. Even though I grew up with boys, I know how to be a girl." I said.
    "Then when are you gonna start." He asked.
    I laughed and kicked him in the shin.
    "Yeah well you asked for my help do you want it or not?" I said raising an eyebrow.
    "Certainly don't want Sophia's help..." he muttered.
    I smirked and started painting the stuff on his face.
    "And there...you go!" I said once I finished.
    "I feel like I should have a husband."
    "Well...Jo is right over there." I pointed at Jo across the room and jumped up right when he tried to grab me. I grinned, turned, and walked back to the living room.
    "I said no. How am I doing this." Jo whined miserably to himself, walking in the room looking absolutely ridiculous.
"Uhh Nathan is right over there." I said pointing and trying not to laugh. He gave me a weird look and walked over as I snickered.
    At that time, all the others walked in too, and I exploded into a fit of laughs. Because girls wearing masks is one thing, but Caleb, Tyler, Nathan, and Jo wearing masks is another thing.
    "Oh. My. God." Alysa said, pressing her lips together.
    "I MIGHT WET MYSELF." Rianna screamed, laughing and rolling on the floor.
    "Smile! This is gonna be my Christmas card." I said grinning and snapping a picture of everyone, including our beloved guys, looking like they want to jump off a bridge.
    "Ok how long do I have to leave this crap on." Caleb groaned.
    "20 minutes. Don't be a baby. Now we all need to lay down." Alysa instructed.
     Sophia led the way and opened the patio door to the outside. I took off my sweater and spread out on the lawn chair in my shorts and tank top.
     "Oh lovely now we're sunbathing! Are we gonna giggle and talk about boys and our dreams?" Jo said in a sarcastic girly voice.
     "Sure." Rianna said with a grin.
     He walked away, thoroughly exasperated.
     We laid down and after 20 minutes, I stood up and everyone followed, except Sophia who was sleeping.
     "Are you kidding me." Alysa deadpanned.
     "WAKE UP." Rianna screamed in her face.
     She didn't move and everyone laughed. Rianna screams like really loud.
     "I got this." Alysa said stepping forward. "Is that V?" She said leaning down to Sophia. V, referring to her BTS boyfriend or whatever.
     She shot up right and looked around wildly, while I threw my hands in the air and walked back inside.
