Chapter Eleven

Sage's POV

I woke up ready for school. Remington never called last night, but I don't wanna worry about cause he probably fell asleep or something. I put on a cropped top black hoodie with rips in the sleeves and holes we're you can put your thumbs in. I also put on a red pair of high waisted skinny jeans. I did my makeup and brush my hair along with throwing on my knee high combat boots.

" Sage!! get your slow ass down here or we're gonna be late for school!!" Violet screamed from the steps.

" I'll be down there in a minute!" I yelled back.

I grabbed my bag and phone along with a must have, Headphones. I trudged down the steps and seen everyone down in the kitchen. I let the dogs out and fed them. I checked to see if Remington's car is there, it's not.

I got back inside, I'm gonna have to ride the bus and I don't wanna do that.

" mom can you drive me?" I asked sweetly.

" Honey I can't and whats wrong with the bus?" She asked.

really?

" nothing" I said dropping the conservation entirely.

" Sage I'll take you" Robert said smiling.

" thank you" I said then I hugged my mom and dad.

we walked out to his car, I got in pulling out my phone and checking for anything from Remington. But there's nothing.

" whats wrong?" Robert asked as he started driving.

" nothing..." I lied putting my down but instantly feeling it buzz so I checked it again and it was nothing.

" it's about that boy isn't it?" he asked.

" yeah, it's just I haven't talked to him and at this point he would have called for the fifth time" I said looking out of the window.

"Don't worry about it to much, I'm sure everything is fine" he said smiling.

Maybe I am worrying to much. I have a bad feeling.

Lucy's POV

I just got to school with Toni. Sage hasn't got here yet but as I step off the I seen Remington and Jolene kissing, leaned up on the building.  

" what the f*ck?!" I said watching them.

" what?" Toni asked.

I turned her to face what I was witnessing.

" That little shit!" Toni yelled watching them.

" that is gonna break Sage's heart" I said honestly.

" What do we do?" Toni asked.

" I.. I don't know. " I said.

Sage's POV

We pulled up to the school, I got out and seen Lucy and Toni, I said bye to Robert and walked over to them.

" hey Sage" Toni said smiling.

" Hi, have either of seen Remington?" I asked once more checking my phone.

" um.. No, I haven't" Lucy said looking around.

" same here, don't where he is " Toni said as we started to walk to class.

It's now time for lunch, still haven't heard or seen Remington, I seen Emerson but not Remington. As we walked down the hallway there was this huge crowd of kids. yelling ' fight!'

Me, Lucy, Toni and Emerson made our way to the front we're we can see everything, I seen Remington and some other kid fighting. I was scared cause Remington has a temper, he's never been mad at me cause he told me I was the only thing to keep him calm.
