Chapter Thirty-Four

                   Sage's POV
The door opened which scared the shit of me, I peaked one eye and seen my mother and father in the house.

How?

Mom looks pissed, Dad is looking at her like, Hey maybe don't lose your shit.

"Alright! Everyone up" she said as she sat all her stuff down.

Everyone but Remington got up, he's still asleep. 

She looked at him and gave me confused looked.

" He can sleep though anything" I said as I lightly tapped him with my foot.

She gave me a death glare like she wanted to kill me.

"You know how?!" She asked clearly pissed off.

Shit, damn, hell.

"Um... that's whats his brother told me" I said hoping to save my ass.

He moved around then looked at my mom and sat up real quick.

"Marisa, how did you even get here?" Robert asked not even fully awake yet.

"I have my ways" she said as she glared at him.

"Um...okay" He said throwing his hands up and leaning back on the couch.

"Sage come with me" Mom said as walked back into her room.

I followed her, knowing theres about to be a fight, she always overreacts and thinks I'm  always doing something bad.

I walked in behind her and shut  the door, she sat down on her bed and took her shoes off, I was standing at the foot of her bed.

" explain" she said sternly not even looking at me.

I thought for minute, I literally did nothing wrong.

"Explain for what exactly?" I asked looking at her.

She rolled her eyes and huffs, bitch your not the big bad wolf don't huff at me.

"You know what to explain for Sage!" she said standing up facing me.

"Oh so explain that, we got trapped in snow blizzard, out of my control by the way, that it was so damn cold that me and my friend had to sleep next to each other to keep warm, explain that your literally overreacting about everything I do!" I said running my hands though my hair and trying not to freak out.

"I don't overreact Sage, I'm trying to protect you" She said.

"From what? The world? I can't move with you constantly ragging on me about something" I'm gonna lose my shit.

"Sage I do not rag on you " She said defending herself.

" yes you do mom, I can't have a guy friend cause you think I'm hooking up with them!" I said very angry, why can't she see whats she done to me.

"Well Sage it was very obvious what was going when you two were on floor" She said looking at me like she's ashamed of me.

Wow.

"Wow mom, nothing happen. Even if something would have happened between us ,again, then it would been in my bed!" I said not caring about anything I say.
