Chapter Twelve

Sage's POV

I woke up my annoying ass loud alarm as well as Luna and Moon barking. I feel like shit. I only slept for an hour. I walked downstairs and let the dogs as well as feed them.

" mom?" I called walking into her room.

" yes sweetie?" she asked looking at me.

" I don't feel good" I said barely keeping my eyes open.

" is it your head?" she asking hugging me.

" Yes, can I please stay home?" I asked.

" sure sweetie, I won't be home till late and neither will your dad cause he's on call" Mom said kissing my head.

" alright, I'm just gonna die in bed" I said walking out of her room.

I went to the couch and laid down.

" Sage!!! get your lazy ass up!!" Violet screamed.

I thought my head was gonna fall off.

" Stop F*cking screaming!" I yelled throwing a pillow at her.

" you bitch!" she yelled about throw something at me.

" hey! Throw it you like having your phone taken away!" Robert yelled walking into the living room.

" you can't do that!" Violet said with sass.

" no but I can" Mom said walking into the living room.

" ugh whatever" Violet said walking away.

" bitch" I said as I curled into a ball.

" stop swearing" mom said.

" sorry" I said.

" oh guys guess what " Robert said.

" what ?" I asked.

" I have a job interview" He said happily.

" that's awesome!" Mom said smiling.

" what is it for?" I asked.

" Architect" he said smiling.

" good luck" I said to him.

" don't need luck just a nice tie" He said walking back to his room.

Everyone left and I was trudging up the stairs to go die, I mean sleep.

nope. Die.

Once I entered my room I seen Remington standing on my balcony. I walked over and causally opened the door then walked over to my bed.

" hey aren't you going to school" Remington asked while sitting on my bed.

" no, I'm staying home " I said cuddling the pillow he sleeps on.

" I don't wanna go to school without you" he said.

You would literally spend all day with Jolene.

" I'm sorry" I said looking at him.

" screw it, I'm staying." he said.

he took off his shoes, tossed his backpack across the room and laid in the bed with me.

" cuddle me?" I asked soft and quietly.

" of course babygirl" he said as he held me close.

he laid there and played with my hair, I turned around to face him, the cut on his lip, from the fight, is healing.

" does it hurt" I asked looking at it.

" Yeah kinda" he said looking at me.

" I wish I could make it feel better"I slipped up and said, shit.

he smirked " you could kiss it and make it feel better"

I was shocked, I can't do that, cause of Jolene.

" are you sure" I asked, I mean don't get me wrong I would love nothing more then to kiss him but I can't.

" Yeah, I'm sure" he said giving me a smile.

okay, I may never get this chance again so why not take it.

I can't believe this is about to happen. I sat up as well as Remington.

" scared?" he asked grabbing my hand.

" terrified " I honestly said.

he chuckled " it's okay lean in and kiss me"

you make it sound easy but I doubt it is.

" alright" I got out.

he smiled, I scooted closer to him, he was still holding my hand. I leaned in and he did to, I closed my eyes and pecked his lips. You could hear a pin drop after we pulled away. I looked into his eyes and realized I didn't want anyone else but him.

Remington's POV

after we pulled away, I looked at her and I wanted to kiss her all over again, her lips were so soft. My hand went to the back of her neck and I pulled her into a another kiss. She kissed back and I pulled her, even, closer to me, my hands holding onto her hips, her arms resting on my shoulders.

We pulled away, I didn't want to but ya know, air. Sage laid her head on my chest.

" your a good kisser" I told her kissing her head.

" thanks, you are to " she said sweetly

" hey lets see how your tattoo's healing" I asked smiling.

she got off my lap and moved her shorts to let me her tattoo.

" its a bit sore" she said touching it.

I smirked and ran my hand over it, leaned down and kissed her tattoo. When I looked at her face she was blushing bright red.

Three hours later

I walked downstairs to get something to drink while Sage slept and I saw her Uncle, Damn.

" hey boy what are you doing here?" he asked looking at me.

" I came over to be with Sage " I said.

" Well her parents are gonna be home soon, so you should go" he said as he walked into his room.

I walked upstairs and kissed her cheek and lips. she moved but didn't wake up, I got my stuff and went home. I don't wanna leave her but we can't risk getting caught. Her parents would be so pissed if they found out we talk. I really would love to be with Sage but I'm with Jolene and she hates Sage and would everyone about us and it would get to her parents.

I don't know what to do anymore....
