Clarke adjusted her blazer, then fixed the plate of cookies. The papers printed off about the house were stacked next to them, ready for guests.

The first couple walked in, and it was show time. She walked over to them with a big smile, extending her hand.

"Good morning, my name is Clarke Griffin," she announced. "Would you like to look around or could I interest you in a tour?"

The woman rubbed her large stomach with a smile, her husband nodding. "A tour would be great, thank you."

Clarke lead the couple to the left. Over here is the living room, of course. It's large enough for two couches and an entertainment center, along with a coffee table. Through here, is the first of three bedrooms. It's smaller, so perfect for a nursery or an office space."

She let them look around, peek I'm the closet. Next, she led them to the kitchen, telling them about the new tile flooring, the upgraded appliances, and the pantry space. Which almost made Clarke buy the house herself.

"Here we have the master bedroom, two walk in closets, and an upgraded bathroom. Double vanity, water closet, and a new shower and tub." She let them look again, trying to hear what they were saying. "And over here," she directed. "Laundry is in this closet, this is the second bathroom. Now, this restroom has a tub and shower combo."

She opened the remaining door. "This bedroom is the third, of course. The closet is much larger than the first and the room itself is much larger. A great room to allow your little girl?" She asked. "Room to grow."

"Yes," the wide smiled. "We are having a girl. Honestly, this house is amazing."

Clarke smiled in return. "Well, just a few more pieces of information. This lot has actually been moved from one acre to two. The back and right side have been added to the final price of the house and land, and I've talked the buyer down eleven thousand off of the asking price."

The wife couldn't hide her excitement. "Really?"

"Has any one else seemed serious about it?" The husband asked.

"You are my first showing today," she started. "But, when the house was first listen online last week, there was one hit on it. An interested party who remained anonymous."

"Really?" The wife asked. "This is the third property we've seen that we actually love, but we are nervous. The bigger yard is a huge bonus, though. We could put up playground equipment."

"Or a swimming pool," Clarke smiled. "Well, no matter what your decision, I just want everyone to get the house they truly want. And, I do hope that this is the one for you and your growing family."

"Can we have your card? When can we call you with a decision?" The husband asked.

He seemed worried. Which is how Clarke preferred her clients, because then try harder to buy.

She reached into her pocket and pulled out a card. "The first number is the office number. I may not be in, I may be showing a property. So, if you don't get me, immediately call the second number. That's my cell number and I will answer immediately or call back within the hour."

The man tucked the card into his wallet as a woman walked in, her head held high and her hair even higher.

"Excuse me," Clarke whispered.

"We will call," the wife assured as Clarke walked over to the woman.

The gave four tours and a few people came in just out of curiosity. She could tell they weren't actually looking to buy the house. Which was fine.
