"Ana! Get up!"  My mom yelled and took  my blankets off me.  "I said get up!".  Scratch that, my step - mom.  We were always butting heads and she never actually treated me like her own.  She had always told me i was nothing but a bump in the road in her plan to destroy my family.  I ignored it most of the time, but at times it did actually hurt.  Whenever i told my dad he just said ' Shes just pulling your strings, don't worry Ana'.  That's another thing, i don't like being called Ana.  My dad knew that but since he married my step - mom he started it.  I made it very clear to them both in the beginning that i wanted to be called by my first name all the way, Anastasia.  It was pronounced Ana- Stas- ia.  Of course the witch and her Hench men had to make it Ana to get on my nerves.

I woke up and got dressed.  We were going to a family get together and i wasn't happy.  Nobody had spoken one word to me since my mom left.  So i was always alone.  My mom left our family because she said she felt like she was always under pressure to look good everyday, no gaining weight and no going anywhere unless my dad said it was okay.  My dad won full custody of me by paying the judge as a bribe, i wanted to be with my mom so bad.  As always the witch got her wish.  She only wanted me for money. Every earnings i get from work go to her, all the friends i had were gone because of her, all my family shamed me because of her.  Now was the time where i would go off at this "Get Together" and get a good book to read.  I had a spot in the living room where i would sit.  No one bugged me and it was the least attractive place at my aunt Gina's house.

We arrived at 12:00 pm and i went to my corner.  Pulled out my book and started reading.  It was the last thing my mom gave me before she left.  She said dont let my father know i had it, and to call her when i finished it.  Most importantly she said 'Dont skip any chapters of skim over anything', i never understood why, But i would find out today.  I had finished the book
