I always dreamed of being a princess, Then it came true...

The voices in my head aren't always nice....

It had been a week now and i knew how to use my powers.  I could actually control things, non-people things.  The funnest was water, i loved the way i could just make it flow and move through the air.  So peaceful and calm.  I was a fairy which meant flying, trust me its not just "Think happy thoughts" like Peter Pan.  Its hard to get off the ground and actually float.  I can fly easily and freely now, and i actually am going to high school in Italy.  It's high school for mystical creatures.  my so far best friends were Jake of course and then theirs Kadence.  She is a little awkward and doesn't have the... smoothest flying when shes stressed.  She was a 'Mime'  she could change her whole look in a blink of an eye.  She was very pretty naturally, she didn't like to look different than she did in school.  She could look like a complete Victoria Secret model if she wanted.  But she wanted people to like what she really looked like.  Which was understandable.  She had ice blue hair and grayish blue eyes.  She wasn't tiny,  she was thicker than most girls.  Not fat, just thick, we understood each other when it came to that kind of stuff because i was thick also.  Besides the new school, new friends and powers. Matters with Cherry were getting worse.  I had gotten into 3 fights with her out of school already, and i had only been here a week!  She was a fairy, a 'talent' fairy.  She had many powers, more than the basic fairy.  Basic fairies could read each others minds, control fire, water, air, and weather.  But then their were the ones with more powers such as her and I.  We could heal, demolish, betray, help, conquer, begin, end and had the power to hurt a human if we weren't careful.  It all depended on what you wanted to do.  She wanted my place, my life and my mom.  She was upset because she couldn't have any of it.  Then here comes the worst news.  We were twins.  Yes, twins.  My mom gave her up because having our 2 energies together could cause massive chaos.  She was given to a great family, she was healthy.  But she always had that one part of her to destroy me.  I'm her sister, but I'm also her enemy.  She was Cherry and i was Apple Blossom.  The beautiful double of grace and combat.  Good thing we are Talent fairies of the Garden but in the last fight we almost killed each other. 

It was 6:00 AM and i was waking up to go to school.  Then someone was throwing rocks at my window.  Sounds like something out of a movie i know, but it was really happening.

"Stop it!  I warn you i am in no joking matter."  I said it with authority in case it was Cherry.

"Well are you in the mood for pancakes?"

It was Jake.  Thank god! i almost had a heart attack.

"Hmmm, maybe... i will be down in a sec."

I got halfway descent and went down stairs and into the garden.  It was just Jake so i didn't dress up.

"Good morning!  Ready to squish some Cherries!"

"Jake, i told you i'm not fighting now that i know were sisters and could possibly kill each other."

"Well... maybe you dont have to 'battle her'.  I'm a shape shifter remember?'

"What are you going to do?  Turn into a train and take her far far away?"  i said it with sarcasm because i knew that wouldn't happen.

"Yes.  And Kadence has found out how to hold a form for 5 hours.  So for 5 hours she is going to become Cherry and, lets say show her how she looks."  He added a wink after that, which by the way i thought was kinda cute.  He was always looking out for me and had this 'Must protect mode' that he had to use when he saw someone was trying to hurt me.   It was nice, and a good thing.

"Hmmm, so your going to fight Cherry with Cherry.  Sounds good.  What if she strikes Kadence?"

"Then Kadence will do the same move with the same amount of power back.  Force and everything."

Wow.  This was going to be great.  I couldn't wait to watch this! 'Me either'.  There he goes again, snooping around in my mind...Uh Oh!  I hop he didn't hear the whole winky cutie thing....  That would be embarrassing.

"Winky cutie thing?"  And now their was an awkard feel in the air.  Change the subject!  Change the subject!

"...  SO.... When is she going to be Cherry first?"  I quickly changed back to the plan, hoping he wouldn't bring it up again.  Then i quickly kept my guard up on my thoughts.

"Well then.  I guess i will have to find out later about this mystery.  And first period so that way she can be Cherry for 5 periods then disappear like a ghost."  Find out later, this is going to be a long day full of surprises.

"We better get ready and get to the bus stop then."

We  got to the bus stop and Kadence was already there. 

"Okay, so here's what I'm thinking.  Do not read my mind Jake or i will punch you so hard you will have to shift your face back to its original form.  If she has any traits of you or your mom in her she will realize how evil she is and change herself back to a nice Cherry."  Kadence sounded very confident and pleased with her plan.

"Great, What happens when 5 hours is up?"

"Then i go home and rest, this whole keeping shape and mimicking someone takes allot of energy.  And isnt as easy as you guys think.  I'm getting better though."

I knew now Cherry was in for a rude awakening.
