Kenya Frasier is a 26 year old writer who meets Rob Pilatus at a support group and they form a deep bond by exploring and balancing their sex lives...
In the next several weeks, Rob wakes up and gets ready for the day. After getting cleaned up, he goes to put on his shirt, but notices it being tighter than usual. "Hmm, this shirt feels kind of snug" he says. Just as he turns on the TV, he sees an overweight man talking about the struggles and issues he has, due to his weight. The man is shown to have since lost 50 pounds. Rob thinks about the goodies and the treats he has indulged recently. He sees the "Jenny Craig" text show across the center of the screen, taunting him with an unspoken message, 'This could happen to you!'.

Rob could see it now, if even one muscle goes missing, it becomes pandemonium. He could pick up the 50 pounds the man in the commercial has lost! Former fans who seen him in his prime would ask 'That was you?!' in disbelief with a follow-up question of 'What happened?!' after he confirms. Then there's the press doing a 'Where Are They Now?' segment, where they catch him at a restaurant and take photos of him biting into some ribs with the same caption 'This could happen to you!' appearing. Rob, feeling bothered by these thoughts, turns off the TV right away and makes a promise to cut back on the good stuff. He goes outside for a run for the rest of the morning.
During his run, Rob notices the wind blowing cool air. The wind lifts bright red and orange leaves towards the sky, showing off its staple palate for autumn. Birds are out singing and young children are going to bus stops to start school. People, young and old are coming together and starting their days in peace, something Rob was looking for some time now. He returns to his apartment.
Rob walks over to a mirror and sees his hair dangling over his back and shoulders. The volume of hair is revealed after taking off his hat. He looks at it for a minute and heads back out.
Later, Kenya comes home and sets her things down in her living room. Rob sneaks in and covers her eyes. "Guess who, baby?". "My boyfriend will be here any minute, so you got to go, lover boy" she says. "Wait a minute! You're cheating on me?!". Kenya laughs and turns around to see Rob's haircut.

"You cut your hair...". "Yeah, it got too much and too heavy". "...and you dyed it. I love it." Kenya concludes. "Thanks. I wanted to keep up with new changes". Kenya gives him a peck on the lips. "I can't wait for you to see my family, they've been talking about you" she says. "Good things, I hope". The both of them start putting together ideas of what they are going to do while out of town for Thanksgiving with Kenya's family. They already nixed the Black Friday option, too much chaos, they say, they want to be around for Christmas.
