Those words filled the air. Arin couldn't tell if they upset Dan further or comforted him.

Dan let out a small yelp kind of sob, and his breathing became even more unsteady, he even started wobbling a little. Arin didn't know if he should rush over and catch him (because what if this worsened it) or should stay put (because what if he faints).

"W-why-y?" Dan could barely choke out.

"Why do I love you or why am I saying this?" Arin questioned.

Dan turned around to finally look at Arin. His eyes were completely red, cheeks stained with trails of tears, his face was a bright crimson.

He opened his mouth to say something, but collapsed to the floor.

"FU--" Arin made a mad dash towards Dan, bending down to hold him. Dan let out a small chuckle and latched his arms around Arin's shoulders.

"Wait, I'm still mad at you." Dan stated. Letting go and scooting away a bit so the two men were facing each other, but not touching.

"Why the actually hell did you break up with me, crush my soul, then drop the 'I love you' bomb shell?" Dan glared.

Arin sighed in frustration.

"I broke us up because all we ever did now was fight. We never did anything nice. I felt that you weren't happy, and we needed to stop this endless fighting cycle."

"True, but I'm only frustrated because of everyone at the Grump Space judging us." Dan added.

"Exactly! I felt as if we're being judged and ridiculed!"

"Why should we care though?" Dan interjected, "why should our relationship status revolve around other people's opinions?"

Arin paused, thinking. He finally nodded and said a quick "that's a good point."

"Arin. I never want us to break up again. I've never been this... emotional in my life. I don't like it, dude."

Arin giggled.

"I just-- I missed you so much and I was scared that the whole break up thing, was going to tear through our friendship too. I was so terrified that we wouldn't ever even speak again." The younger man explained.

Dan once again had a few years rolling down his cheeks, but despite that, his mouth formed a slight comforting smile.

Arin mumbled an "oh what the hell" before reaching his arts out and hugging Dan, smoothing Dan's hair with one hand.

Arin just wanted so bad to hold Dan and never let go. Dan moved a little, and smiled at Arin, he gently smiled back. Dan leaned in and kissed Arin, a sweet kiss that was full of love. Arin broke the kiss, holding the older man's face in his hand and caressing Dan's cheeck with his thumb.

"I'm not going to forgive you this easily." Dan giggled, "I just missed you too much to care right now."

"I missed you too." Arin stated.

"God, why are our lives so eventful and over dramatic?" Dan laughed.

"I have NO clue, dude, but it's kinda weird." Arin grinned.

(Still not the last chapter yet. A few more left get ready to say goodbye to it!! Rip my love)
