"Where were you?"
"Just out with some friends?" Did I just really say that?
"Oh, the great Katherine, making some girl friends?" Kellin joked.
"Shut up, they're good people."
"Well I'm proud of you." He replies as we walked.
"What do you mean?"
"The last friend you had that wasn't the opposite sex was Stacy, but she wasn't even close to being a good friend."
"Yeah I know..."
Stacy, how could I forget? She was okay at first, but then backstabbed me later. Story time, now sit down and pay attention:
Two years ago, while I was still at Phoenix, Stacy was my best friend. I turned to her for advice and we were inseparable. Not until Christmas of 2012, Kellin and his friends decided to go out and just mess around in an elementary school so we followed too.
It was child's play; we didn't break into the classroom or anything. We just ran around and started disorganizing things. That, definitely caught the attention of two security guards, and we broke into runs.
I wasn't quick enough, but I was definitely ahead. Then, that bitch pushes me down and ran ahead of me, and finally I was caught. But I swear, before I was caught, I saw that bitch smirk down at me. She wanted it to happen; I don't even know what I did to her.
Anyways moving on, mom had to bail me out, and she wasn't happy about it. It wiped out whatever she was saving up for our college and Kellin and I felt so bad. Long story short, I never talked to her again, we started getting bankrupt, Kellin got a job, and well we ended up here in Nevada, somehow.

The music's loud; people were getting drunk and making out. This warehouse is too small for the 500 hundred people that showed up. People from school were here too, surprises me really. Kellin, gotta find and tell him I'm leaving. It's starting to get crowded and it's pissing me off.
Ah there he is. "Yo Kell, I'm leaving." I shout over the music.
"Oh, okay, tell mom not to wait up!" he shouts back.
I embrace him quickly and got out of there. I stumble out the exit and bumped into the door. Ugh, good going Kat. I sighed and began walking.
I was halfway home when a car beeps. I turn and I see Melanie and Carly, aww shit, out of all the people.
"Hey you need a ride home?"
"Uh, no thank you!"
"Aww come on, seems like you still have a lot of walking to do."
Melanie begged and begged and begged and so I gave in. "Hope you don't judge people's homes."

"We've been driving for fifteen minutes, you're not going to murder us are you?" Carly asks, obviously scared.
"Aww shucks, there goes my plan." I joked.
"Funny Valentine, funny" Melanie replies.
I give them the direction and we finally made it. Hey, the lights are finally on. It looked really nice.
"Wow" they say unison.
"Wait, is that a bad wow or a good wow?" I ask.
"WOW" they say again. Okay that's a good wow.
