chapter seven

Mercedes

I had finally got out August lap, back in the passenger seat. I looked around, out the window, thinking I saw someone but it wasn't no one there so I guess not. August put his seat belt back on, shift the gear and started driving home.

"Can we stop and get something to eat?" I asked , he nodded.
"What you want princess ?" He asked , grinning.
"Um....let's go to Applebee's !"
"You wanna sit down?"
"Yeah!"
"Well I'm Finna take you home first so you can change !"
"Why?"

"You're You not bout to go in there in a miniskirt, that view is for me only!!" He said.
"Well I gotta wear this to the game the whole school is gonna be at!"
"Don't tempt me to get you kicked out!!"
"August no!"
"Ok then shush!" He said, putting his finger over his mouth. I sat back with my arms folded, smiling. It was funny and cute seeing him trying to have me only for himself....after a while, we had just made it home.

We got out, closing the doors and went in the house. I went straight to my room, got some clothes and went to the bathroom, starting the shower.

After bout 14 minutes...

I got out, turning the water off and begin drying myself off. After I was dry , I lotion my body, put my underclothes on and redid my hygiene. I put on stone wash blue jean skater skirt, a small muscle shirt with 'fresh' on it, knee high black socks , floral black doc martens , and a black beanie.

I put a black chain earring in one ear and a stud in the other. I put on a vary mount of bracelets that matched. I did my makeup with a light punk color lipstick, fluffed my hair , sprayed some of nicki minaji's new perfume and walked out, going into my room. I got my phone and wallet , putting it in my purse bout to walk downstairs.

"Mercedes where y'all goin? Can I go?" Lexus asked, I turned around to see her already dressed.
"Yeah sure, we're going to Applebee's" I said, she put her hands together, jumping a bit, since that was her favorite place to eat.
"Yay!" She said smiling, revealing her braces. We went downstairs and I saw August on his phone, texting someone. He sent the message and looked up, & got up.

"You ready? You coming too Lee?" He asked Lexus, she nodded smiling wide. He chuckled at her happiness.

"Ayte come on!" He said, waving above his shoulder as he walked out the door. I let Lexus go infront of me as I locked the door behind us. Lexus got in the back, in the middle as I got in the passenger seat.
"I always wondered how it feels to drive a Rover!" I said looking over the dashboard, August looked at me.

"You wanna drive it?" He asked.
"Nah that's ok"
"Nah come on, I'm tired of driving yo ass around anyway!" He said getting out, I laughed as I climbed over the hand rest to get in the driver seat. He got in the passenger seat .

"Damn this seat all the way at the front!" He said adjusting the seat for his long legs.
"Shut up I'm short, yours all the way in the back long ass legs!" I said, scooting the chair up, adjusting the wheel and mirrors and putting my seatbelt on. Lexus was in the back laughing.
"Y'all funny bruh!" She said clapping her hands as she laughed, I shook my head as I put it in reverse.

"You ain't driving my Rover again!" August said getting out , stretching .
"Aye no fair, I'm not use to it!" I said getting out, putting my hands on my hip.
"I told you the brakes was sensitive !"
"Well sorry "
"Bout threw us out of there the whole way here.." He muttered. I popped him in the back of his head, but he caught my hand and pulled me to him.
