"Kaylee! Madi!" I yelled.
They came running out of their rooms to see what I was screaming about.
"Oh, I actually wasn't expecting either of you to be here."
"Calum cancelled."
"Ashton was doing something, I don't remember what though."
"Why did Calum cancel?"
"He said that something came up, but I didn't really feel like pushing him so I don't know what."
"I see. You'll never guess what happened!"
"What?"
"Did you find Michael?"
"Oh yeah. I found him. And we kissed!"
"You kissed!" they both screamed.
"Yes!! Oh my gosh, I feel like I'm going to hyperventilate just thinking about how amazing it was.."
"Deep breaths, Rae," Kaylee laughed.
I took a few and calmed down.
"So does this mean you guys are official?" Madi asked.
"Well I don't know! We didn't really say anything, we just kind of kissed."
"Seriously?" Madi questioned.
"I'm happy for you Rae, but Calum is calling me so-"
"Go talk to your boyfriend."
"Thank you!" She turned around and put the phone to her ear. "Hey."
"She sounds so happy."
"Yeah, yeah. Back to you."
I laughed and started walking to my room. "What is your deal?"
"I'm trying to understand how you guys aren't dating yet."
"I never said we weren't; I just said that I didn't know." I sat down on my bed and she sat next to me.
"You need to figure it out."
"Why?"
"Because what if Niall just runs in here and kisses you? How would you react? How would Michael react? What would happen between you and Michael?"
"Mads, I think you're overthinking this? If Niall kissed me then I'd probably kill him, Michael would kill him again, and Michael and I would be perfect happy."
She narrowed her eyes.
"Okay, so I wouldn't be happy if Niall was gone."
"Exactly."
"Maybe I should talk to Niall about all of this."
"You don't want his blessing or anything right?"
"No, I just want him to realize that him and I could never be a thing."
"Okay."
"Guys, someone is at the door!"
I laughed and ran out of my room.
"Geez, she gets a boyfriend and can't be bothered ever again."
"Just let her enjoy it," I laughed again. I immediately stopped when I opened the door. "Niall, what are you doing here?"
"I need to talk to you, badly. Hey, you're wearing your glasses today," he smiled. "It was always my favorite day when you wore them."
"How would you know? You were never around, remember?"
