"Alright, guys, get up, we're having military training," I called, "or something like that."

"All you're doing is killing straggler walkers," Jinxx said from the other room, causing me to hit him in the shoulder.

Luna twirled her knife with her right hand and sighed. "Guys, seriously. Come on. It's probably like noon." Echo was the first to enter the main room, followed by Mark, and then Lisa, who all seemed really tired.

Not our problem.

Once we walked out the garage, we urged Caleb to shut the door behind us as I grabbed the knives and handed one to Lisa and one to Mark, Echo grabbing her own one and pulling it out.

"Okay, look," Luna said as we exited and heard the groans of walkers, "we need to see if you're actually able to do half the shit that you need to around here." There were barely four walkers as soon as we walked out that slowly moved to us.

"Can you use a knife?" I asked to them as Echo and Luna stabbed the few walkers. Lisa nodded.

"Good, cause with this herd, we can't use our guns," Echo said. I looked around the area for a second, glancing between the different figures that longed for coming towards us.

"I feel like you're using our test of an ability to use a knife as a way to kill the walkers..." Mark said to Luna, who replied with,

'Whatt? No....of course not.'

When I looked back, Echo was on one side of the garage and was slicing one walker's neck open with her (now stained red) blade.

I looked as Mark walked up to Luna and killed a few walkers. There weren't too much, so I thought it would be best to split up.

Besides, I liked these newcomers, but I wasn't gonna babysit them. If Echo and Luna wanted to, that was their own problem.

Jinxx was right, we're just doing this to kill the walkers. That's one of the only reasons I was out there. I couldn't care less if Mark and Lisa could protect themselves or not.

I walked around the side of the house until I made my way to the front, where about seven walkers stood.

My other hand reached down to the knife that was on my boot as I gripped it from the holder. "Let's dance, mother fudgers." I whispered under my breath, my knife splitting through the air and whipping into a walker's head. Behind me, a walker gripped my arm, as I sliced through him with the other knife, ejecting the first one and spinning it through my fingers. Two down, three down, four down, five.

This was too easy.

It was when a walker attacked me from my side that shit began to hit the fan. I threw myself back and aimed my knife, but another one began to approach me from behind. Well, shit. This is the end. Goodbye. At least I made it memorable. I guess.

I guess I didn't hear myself screaming until I was on the ground and throwing myself back to the tree with full force. I suppose that's what caused everyone's attention, seeing as it wasn't even two seconds before the snap of a knife brought my attention to Lisa slicing a walker's head open, making me stand up and quickly walk away from the one that was behind me.

Once I killed it, I looked to Lisa who seemed like she had just saved my life. Well, she did, but whatever. I looked at my blade, tears immediately glossing my eyes. So quick I could've lost Echo, Luna, Bella...oh, God. Bella. What would she do? I couldn't leave her like this. If it weren't for her, I'd literally be dead.

I felt myself pull her into a quick hug, thanking her slightly as tears fell from my eyes.
