"I'm gonna kill them the next time I see them." I growl, looking down at my hand as I cleaned the stitched up hand. I looked at myself in the mirror as I stood in the bathroom.

I heard Mark sigh as he walked in the room. Our eyes met in the mirror and I shook my head, looking back down to my hand as I cleaned the healing cut.

I gasped in pain, I move my right hand to my chest and screw my eyes shut. The cut stung with the soap. Mark walked up and gently took my hand in his and looking down at the stitched up hole that was in my hand.

"Trust me, if we see them again. I'll kill them myself." He said and I smiled, looking up and meeting his deep brown eyes.

"I don't know what the Hell I did to deserve you." I say, placing a kiss on his cheek as he wrapped my hand back up. He smiled and shook his head, letting go of my hand so we could head out and I could check on everyone seeing as Lynne's had us on bed rest for like two days since the incident.

Taking in a breath, I opened the door and we walked out of my room and into the hall that leads to the main room. Mark followed behind me as we went.

In the main room was Caleb, Jinxx fast asleep by his side. Lisa was sitting back on the chair, reading a book.

"So." I spoke, getting Caleb to look at me and let out a relieved sigh. "What's we miss?" I asked, standing behind the couch Caleb and Jinxx were on.

Caleb looked to me and smiled before it dropped. "Echo brought a person in." He said and I tilted my head to the side in slight confusion at that.

Echo brought someone in? Really?

"You're kidding right?" I asked and he shook his head. I ran a hand through my hair and sighed. "Where are they might I ask?" Caleb looked to me then to Lisa for a moment then back to me.

"Her room." He says and I nod my head, turning on my heel and walking up to Echo's room with Mark trailing behind me.

We came to her room and I raised my hand and knocked on the door. "Hey Echo? You there?" I asked, smiling a bit as the door opened to show the brown haired girl that I called my friend.

She gave me a smile as she locked eyes with me. "What's up?" She asked and I sighed, crossing my arms in front of my chest.

"I heard you brought someone home with you." I said and she hesitated before nodding her head. "Can I meet our new member?" I asked and she moved aside to let Mark and I walk in.

There, sitting on Echo's bed, was a girl with dirty blonde hair and brown eyes that almost matched Mark's. She looked to be taller then Mark and as tall as Jinxx is.

"Rhys this is Luna and Mark." Echo says as I give the girl a smile. "Guys this is Rhys." Echo says and Mark sticks his hand out to her, she looks at his hand and hesitates for a moment before shaking it.

They both drop their hands and I give the girl a nod which she returns to me. Taking a glance to Echo, I walk up to the girl and tighten the wrapping that's on my right hand.

"How many walkers have you killed?" I asked her, making her raise an eyebrow and shrug her shoulder.

"A lot."

"How many people have you killed?" I ask her and she looks down to the floor for a moment before looking back up to me.

"Five." She says and I hold my hand up when Mark goes to take a step forward. I look her dead in the eyes as my hand goes back to my side.

"Why?" I asked her, no emotion playing on my face.

"Because three of them tried to kill me, one of them asked me to when they got bit, and the last one wanted me to so she wouldn't face the world." She said and I nodded my head, holding out my hand to her.

"Welcome to the group Rhys." I say with a smile.
