(Ethans P.O.V. )

My headphones where blasting music while I slowly jogged up the side of a small mountain near the Hollywood sign

thoughts filled my head as I continued to drown them out

"Fuck me" I huffed out a breath while stopping in my tracks

I looked up from the dirt to see if anyone had been around, I noticed I was the only one out today even though it was still early in the morning

I took out a headphone and looked for a rock to sit on

Once I found one I made my way over and took out my phone seeing I had around 30 missed texts from peyton and 2 missed calls from gray

I rolled my eyes put my headphone back in my ear and started jogging again

Maybe I took it the wrong way maybe he didn't mean to touch her like that but maybe he did and maybe she liked it

I shook my head relieving myself of the stupid thoughts, as I jogged I noticed a girl looking a little lost

At first I was debating on helping her wondering if she really needed help but I took the chance and asked her anyways

"Hey you look a little lost need help?" I asked as I paused my music

She turns towards me and looks up from her phone

"Oh my god.. Ethan??" Her eyes widen

It took me a minute to realize who she was

"Holy Shit kiara? How Have you been and why are you in l.A." my smile grew as I hugged her

Kiara had been one of my best friends for years we dated for a while but we broke up because she left to go live in Georgia

"I came here on a visit to see my grandparents but they moved and didn't tell me so I got stressed and went for a walk" she explained

I nodded and smiled, she was beautiful everybody loved her she was absolutely perfect that's why I dated her we had so many things in common that I didn't want to miss my chance

But I still remember the day she left. It felt like hell, everytime minute without her made me angry and miserable but I turned into an Asshole and I guess it made me help forget about her

Her eyes looked deeply into mine and I couldn't look away from her

She looked away and blushed while putting a price of ha or behind her ear

"So how have you been?" She broke the awkward silence

I rubbed the back of my neck feeling s little uncomfortable

"I've been alright just got a few things in my mind that's all" I told her

She gave me a smile and put her hand on my arm

"Well I'm sorry I hope things start getting better" she took a small step towards me

I felt my face heat up

I stood there unable to move I don't know why but as she kept slowly getting towards me I felt like I didn't want to move

(Peyton's P.O.V.)

"Hey peyton maybe you should head back" Grayson said while rushing over to me

I laughed a little

"We just made it up here, come on he can't be that far to give up now" I joked

Grayson rolled his eyes and turned me around while giving me a small nudge

"Just go" he sounded serious so I quickly ran the opposite way and once I looked around a rock I saw him..

"Oh my god" I mumbled

There Ethan was with some girl, I watched as she leaned into him crashing her lips into his

I was upset at the fact that he wasn't even moving he just let her kiss him and to think that I was getting accused of cheating and all I did was talk to his brother

Okay yes I let him put his hand on my thigh but its not like we kissed like he's doing

My eyes became blurry and I felt sick to my stomach

"How could you" were the only things that left my mouth

Ethan quickly turned around and his face dropped

"Baby its not what you think" he started to walk over to me

I shook my head and ran back to his house

Grayson stayed to yell at him but as I got to the car I could see Ethan running towards my car but then Grayson tackled him and shouting at me to go

He knew I didn't want to see Ethan and that I was hurt so he stopped him from trying to mess with me

(Grayson's P.O.V.)

I watched as Peyton left the parking lot for the apartment as I tackled Ethan

"Dude what the fuck was that for" he pushed me off of him

I rolled my eyes while getting up and wiping the dirt off of me

"Why did you kiss her" I mocked

His face went soft, he kicked a rock and flopped down on the nearest rock

"I don't know man.. it as kiara and she kissed me, and I missed her so I maybe forgot about peyton" he rubbed his arm nervously

I gave him a stern look

He avoided eye contact as we made our way back to the apartment

A few minutes later and Ethan is on his phone blowing up Peyton's phone, I glance away not wanting to invade his privacy

Finally we were inside and I say on one end of the couch as Ethan sat on the other, I went through my phone and I noticed Peyton took out all of the pictures of Ethan and her and removed their date ok for her bio

My face went into a shock and I tried to hide it from Ethan so he wouldn't ask what's wrong

I was not wanting to be in the middle of this, but if I had to pick a side of course it would be Peyton's because at least she didn't kiss another person

1 more month of summer I'm so not ready to go back to school, but sadly I have to go back

But anyways I hope you are all enjoying the story and thank you all for the reads I'm trying to make better story plots for you guys so please give me some feedback so I can understand what you would want to happen in the story
