It was night, the day was filled with a meta-human who could teleport. Of course, the one and only friendly meta-human locked her away wherever never to be seen again. I was sleeping in my room alone tonight, when I heard a noise. I opened my eyes and looked around. I turned the lights on and saw a figure in yellow with red glowing eyes, standing in front of the door. He lunged at me. I woke up screaming, I looked around the room and turned the light on. I frantically searched for the person. My door flew open. Barry was standing in the doorway. "Hazel?! What's wrong? Are you okay? What happened?" Barry asked. "I...uh...I had a nightmare that's all. I'm fine." "Are you sure?" he asked concern. "Yeah, I'm okay." Shut up, Hazel! You are DEFINITELY NOT OKAY! "Alright." Barry said as he closed the door and walked to his bedroom. I searched my bedroom one last time and turned the light off.

There was gust of wind and I was outside the house. I was on the roof staring into the glowing red eyes of the figure in yellow. I began to scream, but the man in yellow quickly covered my mouth with lightning speed. My scream was muffled. Not to be heard by anyone. "Hazel Raymond...I suggest you stay away from Barry Allen if you value your life...and his." said the man in a deep, vibrating, and demonic voice. I struggled to break free of his grasp around my throat. When I looked down he had me dangling over the edge of the house. "I would stop struggling so much if you don't want to be splattered all over the road...If I catch you with Mr. Allen again...you will be dead faster than the Flash can run. Do I make myself clear?" he said cocking his head to the side his red eyes piercing my soul. I quickly nodded, crying silently. "Good, now be a good girl and don't tell anyone about this little...conversation." He said as I appeared back in my bedroom. The man was gone, but he was very much instilled into my memory. So here are my two choices. Stay away from Barry Allen and he won't die and neither will I. Or choose to be with Barry and die. No one tells me how to live my life. Not even a freaky man who could kill me in the matter of half a nanosecond. Okay that freaks me a little bit, but not as much as it should.

I woke up the next morning more than a bit frazzled. "Hazel, get your butt out of the bed." Barry said at the door. He opened it. He saw me, his face that was previously wearing an adorable smile was replaced with a look of concern. "Are you okay? You looked like you didn't sleep last night. More nightmares?" I just nodded my head. Yeah, one fake nightmare and another staring me right in the face while held me by the throat with one hand as he dangled me over the edge of the roof. "Hazel. Why didn't you just come over to my room and sleep with me? You should know I'll fight off your nightmares while you sleep." he said with a smile as he sat down next to me. I nodded my head again. "Yeah, I know. I don't know why I didn't." "It's okay. Hey Iris' party at the club is tonight. You're going right?" "Yeah, of course I am. I'd be a terrible person if I said no." I said. "Yep." Barry said as he took my hand. I stood up, Barry looked down at me and smiled. "I'll let you change your clothes." Barry said as he let go of my hand and went to leave.

I changed out of dirty clothes and put new clothes on. Barry was currently staring at the ceiling spinning in my chair like a nine year child. He is so immature some times, but cute at the same time. He stopped in front of me, he took the shirt I threw at him and rolled to my closet. He opened it and put it into the laundry basket. "Thanks, Allen. That would be all."I said.  "Let's go find you some cool clothes to wear to the party, you little munchkin." "Yeah, well I'm your little munchkin, String Bean. What do you mean find me clothes?" I told him. "You may have a lot of clothes, but you don't have any dresses or skirts." Barry pointed out. I rolled my eyes. "Yeah yeah." I said.

Barry and I went downstairs. I grabbed my purse and phone and grabbed Barry's hand. "Hey you two, where you guys off to?" Joe asked. "Hazel and I are going clothes shopping." Joe laughed. "Have fun." Joe said as he continued to drink his coffee and watch television. Barry opened the door and we walked out. Barry and I went to three clothes stores. I got 4 outfits. We both had burgers from Big Belly Burger. Barry was looking at the ground as we walked home hand in hand. "What time is the party?" "7:30 at night." "What time is it now?" "It is 6:30" "Have we really been out that long?" "We have. It was nice though. I got to know you more and you got to know me." Barry said as he looked at me. "Yep. We were born in the same month; two years and two days apart." "I can't believe you're 25." "I can't believe you're 27. I thought you were a bit younger.

We arrived at the West's house and went up the stairs. It was 6:45. Barry went into his bedroom and grabbed clothes. "Don't you even think about going in that bathroom Allen." Barry stood next to the bathroom. He smiled widely, "Imma do it." he said as he made a goofy face and did double hand guns. Then he disappeared into the bathroom. 25 minutes later he exited the bathroom in dark blue jeans, a grey button up shirt, and a black blazer. He smiled at me. "You mister are unbelievable." I said as I put my hands on my hips. "Yeah but I'm cute when I do stupid stuff so, I get away with it." He said as he tilted his head to the right and raised both his arms in a shrug. "Sure, you keep telling yourself that." I said as I patted his chest. I walked into the bathroom and took a shower. I exited and went to my room and put on a cute red dress that was longer than too short but shorter than too long. It had spaghetti straps with a cut out that revealed the small of my back. I put my hair up in a messy bun and put on bright red lipstick but wore minimal blush and gold eyeshadow. I took out my mother's diamond earrings she gave on my 22nd birthday. I grabbed a necklace that had a garnet stone at the end of it. I put high heels on and went downstairs. Barry was waiting for me, he was leaning against the dinner chair looking down at his feet. His head snapped up when he heard my heels click against the wood of the stairs.

"Whoaaa!" Barry said as he looked at me. "What?" "You look amazing." "Barry." I said. "Come on we're going to be late to the party." Barry said. "Yep."
