Chapter 18

I arrived at home and put on some clothes. Barry was waiting downstairs on the phone. "Yeah we'll be right over! Hazel we got to go." "Now?" "Yes...now" Barry said as he grabbed my arm and flashed to STAR Labs. He was in his suit and flashed me into mine. He ran to the location of Bivolo. Oliver and Liam were already there.

"Nice of you guys to join me." Oliver said as we walked next to them. "Visitors...I don't get those very often." Bivolo quipped as he exited the shadows. I ran to him got him by his throat. My eyes flashed blue. "Got ya!" I said with a smirk. "Oh do you now? My eyes flash colors too." He spoke his eyes went red and my eyes flashed red for a second. I shook my head they were blue again. Bivolo was gone. Barry, Oliver, and Liam came up to me. "Nice job Hazel! He got away!" Oliver shouted as he walked out of the building.

Caitlin was looking at my eyes. "Caitlin, I'm fine. His eyes flashed red and mine did too for a second and then went back to blue. I feel fine." I told her. Caitlin just looked at me. "Fine." she said as she walked away. Barry was with the two archers back at the factory. I changed out of the suit and went home to bed.

I woke up the next morning irritated. I put jeans on and a white t-shirt and headed downstairs. "Morning Hazel." "Hi Joe." I walked out the front door and went to CCPD. I walked in and was halfway up the stairs when the captain called my name. "Hazel, I need those files from the Avery case." "You'll get them when I'm done." "Well, I need them now." "I'm telling you that you will get them when I'm done, Captain." I said getting aggravated. "I'm telling you to give them to me now regardless of whether or not they are finished or not, got it?!" Captain said. "Gladly." I said with a fake smile. I grimaced and wanted to break something. I headed upstairs to the lab and got the files and headed downstairs to the lobby. I dropped the files on Singh's desk. "Here are those files you wanted. Don't come asking me questions about this or that because, I already told you I wasn't done yet." "Excuse me?" "Sorry Captain, she just woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning." "Yeah, you better watch Detective." Singh said as Joe pulled me away. "What the heck is wrong with you?! Going off at the captain like that you're lucky you didn't get fired. Why are you so angry?" Joe asked. "Oh...I'm not angry Joe...trust me...YOU'LL KNOW WHEN I'M ANGRY!" I exclaimed. My eyes flickered red and I walked out of CCPD. The doors burst open with a gust of wind. "It's going to be a cold cold day for mom and dad's little gang. Their little girl's mad...and I'm gonna make. Them. Pay." I said as I donned my suit.

It was nighttime, I was getting angrier and angrier trying to get my parents. There was a robbery in progress and went to it. The burglars were getting away. A thick sheet of rock smacked into them and the wind lifted them off the ground. I walked over to them. "Where are Thomas and Christina Raymond?!" I screamed at them. "Oh...it's not the Flash. Deal with her." said one of the men. My eyes lit on fire and the rest of body soon did as well. "WANT TO DEAL WITH ME NOW?!" I yelled as shot a fireball at their getaway car. "What the heck is she?!" "She's on of those freaks! Like the Flash!" "I'm going to ask you one. more. time. WHERE. ARE. THOMAS & CHRISTINA RAYMOND?" I asked with a tilt of my head. "I don't know!" "LIAR!" "OKAY! OKAY! THEY OPERATE IN A SHIPPING YARD NEAR THE WEST SIDE OF TOWN! I SWEAR!" the guy explained in terror. "Thank you!" I said as I flung the two men into the side of a building at a high speed. A blur of red ran by and caught the two men and went to CCPD's general direction. He ran back. "Flash! I should have known you would be running by." An arrow shot down next to Flash. Oliver was sliding down on a rope and landed next to him. "Hazel. You're not thinking clearly! Stand down before someone gets hurt!" Liam said landing on the other side of Flash. "Oh. You even brought friends." My eyes flickered, the flames glowed brighter with rage. 

"If I did, then how would I go get poor old mom and dad? Waiting for me, in the shipping yard...to die." I said. "Hazel. Don't do this. This isn't going to go the way you think." Barry said. "How will I know if I don't TRY?!" I screamed the last word as I fired a giant ball of fire at the two of them. Flash easily dodged them. "I forgot about you honey..you are speedy little fellow aren't you?" I said with a seductive smile. "Barry don't listen to her!" Oliver said. I glared at Oliver. My flames grew brighter and hotter. "Hazel, stop I don't want to hurt you. I will do what I must if you don't." Barry threatened. "No, I think this is more fun this way!" I exclaimed and took a chunk of the road out the size of a house. I crushed it into tiny sharp pieces by making a fist. I lit the pieces on fire and froze them. I fired the volley on the two, "You might want to run." I said. "Barry, I thought you said this was going to be easy?" Oliver said. "I did...until I remembered her powers and what she could do. What she does when she gets angry." Barry said as he grabbed Oliver and his brother and ran to a safe spot. "Hazel, I'm giving you one last chance to stop this." Barry said. "And I'm giving you one last chance to get out of my way so I can kill my parents and send them to the fiery pits from which they crawled out of!" I said. "You know I can't let you do that." "Then I'll have to kill you too." I said. "I can't let you do that either." Barry said as he ran at me. He punched me in the face and tackled me to the ground sitting above me. I looked at him in shock. My eyes turned blue, "You just hit me. I can't believe you just hit me." "I'm sorry Hazel I had to-" I was smiling mischievously. "-uh oh." My eyes went red and back to their fiery alternative. I grabbed Barry's face and pecked his lips. "String Bean, you know I love you, but you have to let me do this. I know you want stop until you get me." I said as I secretly was creating a shard of of ice from the palm of hands. Stop this Hazel! This isn't you! I backed away and shook my head. I moaned in pain at my head. Oliver kicked me in the head three times as Liam slammed leathered fists into my torso. I fell to the ground. "Guys how do I stop her?" Barry asked. "Barry go for her weak spot. If you know what it is then go for it. She'll likely be expecting it." Cisco said. "Got it!" "Cisco! Hey I don't know if know or not but...my comm still works." I said as heard everything Cisco told Barry. "Whoops! I'm sorry Barry." Cisco said. I stood up and took to the skies. My eyes, hair, and there rest of my body went up in flames. I screamed.

I tore a piece of earth out the ground the size of cell phone tower. It was pillar of rock. I heated it and warped it into a giant flat sheet. "Barry? What's she doing?" Liam asked. "Nothing good, I presume." Barry said as the three men looked up at me. I screamed. I threw the rock at them. Barry grabbed both Queens and ran out of the way. I anticipated where they'd be and shot a fireball behind me and stuck home. Oliver and Barry were sent flying through the air hit a building. I walked to Barry and Oliver cooled down. I squatted down and chained Oliver, Liam, and Barry to the ground with the road. I wrapped their arms and Barry's legs to the road with my the rocks. "Hazel! Please don't do this!" Barry said as he looked into my eyes. "I'm sorry but, who am I? If I let them walk around like gods after they killed Scott, I'm avenging Scott...with them dead or all of us dead." I said as I kissed his lips. I stood up and walked away.

I looked at the street camera knowing they were watching at STAR Labs. "Oh..Dr. Wells...When you told me, I was running from Starling because I was afraid. That I was reminded too much of Scott. That I brought the danger over here to Central City. You were right...except you one small problem...I am the danger. I'm coming for you next, Wells." I said then shot the camera and flew to STAR Labs.

I arrived to find the doors were locked down. "Aww..are we going to be playing castle defense Cisco? Should of made these thicker and stronger." I said as I ripped the door off its hinges and tossed it behind me. I walked in, "Come out come out wherever you are?" I said in a sing-song voice.
