"Our parents worry too much." Olivia noted when she and Quinn finally got to the mall.

Quinn nodded in agreement. "If my mom was on top of me last year like she is now, I probably never would've gotten pregnant."

Olivia smiled slightly. "Can I ask you something?"

"Sure." Quinn nodded.

"What was that like?" Olivia wondered.

"Horrible." Quinn said. "Noah was probably the worst guy to go through that with, but honestly, I'm glad it was with him."

"Were you together for a long time?" Olivia asked.

Quinn shook her head. "I moved in with him and his family at the end of December, and we only dated from, like, February to the end of June."

Olivia nodded.

"I wasn't dating him when I got pregnant." Quinn continued. "I was dating his best friend. Finn and I broke up when he found out Beth was Puck's."

Olivia bit her lip and nodded.

"He was angry, but relieved." Quinn said. "He couldn't handle it. Noah was better at helping me with everything."

"I can't believe you went through all of that." Olivia said. "And him going to juvie and all."

Quinn nodded. "It was the hardest thing I ever had to do, but Beth is worth it."

"You had a crazy sophomore year." Olivia noted.

Quinn laughed lightly. "I did."

Olivia smiled. "Sam seems like a really nice guy."

"He's the sweetest." Quinn insisted. "But he doesn't know everything that happened. I don't want him hating Noah, too."

Olivia nodded slowly.

"Can I ask you something?" Quinn requested.

"Okay." Olivia said.

"Why did your parents break up?" Quinn blurted. "I mean, mine broke up because after I got pregnant and my dad kicked me out, my mom found out he was having an affair."

"My parents never broke up." Olivia clarified softly. "My mom died when I was little."

"I'm sorry." Quinn apologized.

Olivia nodded. "I remember moments, but I don't remember her that well. I'm used to not having a mom."

Quinn frowned. "Nobody should have to grow up without both of their parents."

"Yeah." Olivia said with a shrug. "But sometimes it doesn't work out that way."

"Do you think you're gonna join glee club?" Quinn questioned Olivia as they left the mall.

Olivia shrugged. "I can't sing."

"You don't have to be a singer." Quinn stated. "I'm more of a dancer. Rachel and Finn are our leads, although Mercedes is probably better than Rachel. And Noah is definitely better than Finn."

Olivia smiled. "I'll come with you to the next meeting and I'll see."

"Cool." Quinn grinned as she got in the car.
