After glee club, Puck and Quinn dropped Olivia off at home before heading to the hospital. When they got there, Puck parked the car and led Quinn inside. They signed in and headed to Beth's room.

Judy was waiting in the hall. "Hi, sweetie. Hi, Noah. Come see her."

Quinn took Puck's hand and followed her mom into Beth's room.

"Beth, look who's here." Judy said softly.

Quinn walked over to Beth and frowned when she saw the small IV.

"She's okay, Q. Look." Puck said as he squeezed her hand.

Quinn sighed with relief when she saw that Beth was smiling. "Hi, B."

"Hi, princess." Puck reached his hand in and let Beth wrap her hand around his finger.

Beth cooed happily at the sight of her parents.

"I'm gonna go grab something to eat." Judy decided. "Do either of you want anything?"

"I'm okay." Quinn nodded. "Take Noah. I heard his stomach growling in glee club."

Puck laughed lightly. "I'm okay."

"Actually, Noah, would you mind coming with me?" Judy requested.

Quinn furrowed her eyebrow and looked at them.

Puck nodded slowly. "Sure."

Quinn bit her lip as she watched her mom and Puck leave the room. She turned back to Beth and smiled as she gently pushed her hair out of her face.

"There's my pretty girl." Quinn grinned.

Beth smiled at Quinn.

"B, say Mama." Quinn requested softly. "Please."

Beth just looked at Quinn and reached her hand up towards her.

Quinn had been trying to get Beth to say Mama for weeks with no luck.

Quinn held Beth's hand and looked at the door as the doctor entered the room with one of the nurses.

"We're gonna take the IV out since it's not hooked up to anything anymore." Dr. Fernandez informed Quinn. "She can go home tomorrow morning."

"Can we stay overnight with her?" Quinn requested.

"You and your boyfriend?" Dr. Fernandez nodded. "One of you can stay."

"Why?" Quinn asked. "We're both her parents."

"Hospital policy." The nurse added as she walked over to Beth when Puck returned.

Quinn stepped back to let the doctor and the nurse examine Beth. She flinched and closed her eyes as the nurse took Beth's IV out and put gauze and a band-aid on her.

Puck squeezed Quinn's hand as Beth started crying. "B, we're here. You're okay."

Quinn opened her eyes as Puck pulled her over to Beth.

"You can hold her." Dr. Fernandez told them.

Quinn picked Beth up and held her against her chest. "Shh, B. Mommy's here. And Daddy's here, too."

Beth cried against Quinn's chest.

Quinn gently bounced Beth and hushed her until she calmed down. "Good girl. Mama's got you."

Beth looked up at Quinn.

"Can I take her, Q?" Puck requested.

Quinn nodded and passed Beth to Puck.

Beth reached out towards Quinn. "Mama."

Quinn's eyes widened as a grin spread across her face. She looked at Puck. "Did she just say...?"

"Mama." Beth repeated. "Mama. Mama. Mama."

"Oh my god!" Quinn exclaimed happily. "She said her first word!"

Puck grinned as he kissed Beth's cheek. "Good girl, Beth."

Quinn took Beth from Puck and hugged him.

When they parted, Quinn looked at Puck as she leaned closer and kissed him lightly.

Puck smiled as he deepened the kiss.
