Puck answered the door and let Finn and Rachel inside.

"Hey, guys." Quinn smiled. "Happy Thanksgiving."

"Happy Thanksgiving." Rachel said as she gave Quinn a look before sitting beside her.

"Sam and his siblings just left." Quinn informed Rachel.

"Can I hold her?" Finn requested as he and Puck returned to the living room.

"Hello to you, too, Finn." Quinn muttered.

"Hi." Finn said. "Now can I hold her?"

"Sure." Quinn nodded. "Noah, can you help him? I'm gonna go call Sam."

"Okay." Puck responded as he took Beth from Quinn.

Quinn grabbed her phone and walked into the kitchen.

Quinn pocketed her phone as Puck walked into the kitchen.

"Hey." Puck said.

"Hey." Quinn replied.

"Everything okay?" Puck asked.

"Yeah." Quinn nodded.

Puck looked at her. "I'm sorry about earlier. I feel bad about these last five months. Well, these last five months and the nine months before that."

"You shouldn't feel bad." Quinn shook her head. "I don't regret it."

"You don't?" Puck asked.

"No." Quinn said. "I know life would be easier if I didn't have to worry about a baby, but I love Beth, and I'm grateful for her."

Puck looked at Quinn. "I love her, too."

Quinn smiled slightly. "We did good, Puckerman."

"You did." Puck corrected Quinn. "You've done all the work, Fabray."

"I needed you." Quinn told Puck.

"You've been fine without me." Puck noted.

"Honestly, I haven't been." Quinn told Puck. "But just so you know, you don't owe me anything."

Puck nodded slowly. "I just wanna be a part of this. As involved as you'll let me be."

Quinn nodded. "I want you to be."

Puck looked at Quinn. "Do you think we would still be together if that bullshit with Santana never happened?"

"I... I don't know. Maybe." Quinn answered. "Do you?"

"I don't know." Puck said. "But at least we would've had a chance."

Quinn sighed. "Yeah, we'll never know."

"Yeah." Puck nodded in agreement.
