"How was school, girls?" Judy greeted Quinn and Olivia.

"School was okay." Quinn said. "I broke up with Sam."

"Oh, that's too bad." Judy frowned. "Are you okay?"

"I'm happy." Quinn nodded. "I'm gonna go see Beth. We can talk later, if you want."

Judy nodded back.

Quinn excused herself and went upstairs. She put her bag in her room before going into the nursery.

"Beth, Mommy's home." Quinn said softly as she closed the door behind her. She walked over to the crib and picked Beth up. "I missed you a lot today."

Beth looked at Quinn and giggled as she put her head on Quinn's shoulder.

"You're being silly today." Quinn laughed lightly as she took a picture of Beth. She texted it to Puck.

Mommy's sorry

You should come over

Quinn pocketed her phone and looked at Beth. "You have my undivided attention. Let's go play."

Beth grinned and mumbled gibberish as Quinn took her into her room.

Quinn sat down on her bed and read a book with Beth. When she finished reading the book, Quinn checked her phone to see what Puck said.

I can't say no 2 that... b ther soon

Quinn smiled as she put her phone down and tickled Beth's sides. "Daddy's coming over, Beth."

Beth looked at Quinn and smiled.

When the doorbell rang, Quinn took Beth downstairs to answer it.

Quinn opened the door and smiled at Puck. "Hi."

"Hi." Puck smiled back as he looked at Beth.

"Come in." Quinn said. "We can go upstairs and talk."

"Where's your family?" Puck wondered.

"Living room." Quinn answered.

Puck nodded. "I'm gonna go say hi to everyone first."

"Okay." Quinn nodded back.

"I'll come up in a minute." Puck promised. "Don't worry, I didn't forget where your room is."

Quinn smiled slightly and nodded again. "I'll be upstairs then."
