Quinn jumped when Puck entered her room.

"Sorry." Puck apologized.

Quinn shook her head. "I was just lost in my thoughts."

Puck nodded.

"Sit." Quinn requested. "I wanna talk to you."

Puck sat down and looked at her.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you I was gonna talk to Sam." Quinn began as she looked at Beth. "I didn't think you would understand why I wanted to."

"You shouldn't assume that." Puck said.

"I know." Quinn nodded.

Puck nodded back. "So you're really done with him?"

"Completely." Quinn answered.

"Cool." Puck replied. "What about the guy you said you have feelings for?"

Quinn bit her lip as she looked at Puck.

"I care about you, Quinn." Puck told her.

"I care about you, too." Quinn responded. "So much. But I don't wanna rush into things."

Puck furrowed his eyebrow.

"I'm not ready for a relationship." Quinn stated. "I just got out of one with Sam."

"I can wait for you." Puck told Quinn.

"I don't expect you to. I know that's asking a lot." Quinn replied.

Puck shrugged. "I don't mind."

"Right now, you need to focus on finishing your community service and keeping your grades up." Quinn advised Puck. "Finn and Mr. Schue said you've been doing really well, and if I'm gonna ruin that-"

"You're not." Puck interrupted Quinn. "You and Beth are pretty much the reason my grades are actually kind of good for once."

Quinn looked at Puck.

"I can wait for you until you're ready." Puck repeated.

Quinn sighed. "I don't know how long it's gonna take me to be ready to be vulnerable and everything again."

Puck nodded. "I know it's hard for you, but I'll help you. Whenever you're ready."

Quinn smiled slightly. "Thank you."

"For what?" Puck asked as he looked at Beth in Quinn's arms and smiled.

"Just... thank you." Quinn grinned.
