Chapter 53-who's is it

After we were both dressed we went downstairs to the kids.   "Would you guys like something to eat?" I asked throwing out the eggs and making pancakes instead. "No we're good we actually did get Pops.  Before we ran into Jason." Betty said sitting down at the table with Jughead.  "What do you guys want to do today?" Fp asked trying to clear the air.  "Well me and Jug are going to watch a movie and then go to Sweetwater River, you could come."  Betty offered.  "Thanks sweetie, but I don't want to ruin your date.  We will probably just watch the twins for Polly." I smiled making fp a plate.  "Where is Polly by the way?" Jughead asked.  "She took the twins for a walk." I answered pouring some coffee for Fp and I.  "We are going to head out after we eat I hope that's ok?" Betty asked.  "Yes just dont be home to late." Fp answered before I could.  I looked at him with my eyebrow raised.  "And Your their parents now?" I questioned.  "You would have said the same thing and you boss around Jughead all the time." Fp shot back. "That's because I am the girlfriends mom I get to boss around the boyfriend." I replied placing my hand on my hip.  Fp opened his mouth to say something, but the kids interrupted.  "Well we're done eating, so were going to head out.  See you later." Betty threw their food away and headed out with Jughead.   "Do you really have a problem with me giving the kids permission?" Fp asked sounding almost hurt.  "No I guess it's just weird having another parent around.  I have been making all the decisions around here for awhile now."  "I know and from now on we both will how does that sound." Fp came closer and pulled me into his arms.  "That sounds great." I smiled and leaned into him.  "Want to watch a movie before Polly gets back with the twins?" I questioned already heading to the living room.  "Yes,  but we still never ate breakfast." Fp chuckled gesturing toward the food.  "We can eat on the couch.  Grab it and get in here." Fp grabbed the plates and sat them down on the coffee table.  Half way through the movie Polly came in with the twins.  She had sweat dripping off her forehead.  "I thought you went for a walk." I giggled handing her a towel we had.  "Well it started as a walk and then a jog.  It felt good to be able to run again, but now I am really tired and sweaty." She giggled.  "We will watch the babies, so you can shower and take a nap." I offered.  "Thanks mom." She smiled and headed upstairs.  I took the twins out of the stroller and sat them on the play mat.  "Juniper is really starting to look like her grandma." Fp cooed to the babies.  "It's still weird hearing the word grandma." I chuckled and sat on the floor with them.  "Should I start calling you that?" Fp teased.  "I hope you never will unless the twins are here." I laughed.  "Why not?"  "Well having my boyfriend call me grandma isn't very appealing." I tickled Dawgwood and he giggled.  "Your the sexiest, hottest, and feistiest grandma I have ever known." Fp leaned over and kissed my neck.  "Ok grandpa, down boy." I giggled and tapped his cheek.  "Ok you're right having your girlfriend call you grandpa isn't very sexy." He said and leaned his head against my shoulder.  "If it helps you're the sexiest, hottest, and the most loving grandpa I know." I giggled and laid my head on top of his.  "That helps a lot." I laughed at him and gave him a soft kiss.  We played with the babies for awhile, until they became tired and decided to take a nap.  "I think they have the right idea." Fp said stretching himself across the couch.  "We haven't even done anything all day you old man." I said placing the twins in the play pen.  "Come on Ali lay with me." Fp whined and opened his arms for me.  "Fine you big baby." I layed down in his arms and we both drifted to sleep.  About 30 minutes later we were woken up by crying.  "Well that lasted." Fp sighed and rubbed his eyes to wake up.  I got off of Fp by rolling onto the floor.  "What was that about?" Fp laughed helping me up.  "I don't want to get up." I chuckled and went over to the babies.  "Hey mom we're home." Betty yelled walking through the door.  "In the living room." Fp yelled back.  The kids walked into the living room.  "We brought some Pops home for you guys." Jughead said setting the bag down.  "Thanks, but we are a little busy at the moment." I smiled and continued to rock Juniper.  "We will take over go and eat." Betty smiled taking the baby from Fp and Jug taking Juni from me.  "Thank you guys." I smiled and we went into the kitchen.  I set the food onto some plates and we began eating.  Soon the crying stopped and the kids came into the kitchen.  "I'm impressed that was fast." I said as they took a seat.  "Ya it used to take me and Gladys at least like 10 minutes to get Jughead to go down." Fp laughed.  "That's because he is as stubborn as his dad." I laughed and Betty joined.  "I can agree with that one." Betty agreed. "Hey your just as stubborn as your mom." Jughead defended himself.  "Now that is something I can believe." We all laughed around the table.  It suddenly became quite and betty asked.   "Mom do you and Mr.Jones have something to tell us?"  Fp and I looked at each other confused.  "No why?" I asked.  "Well we found something and um..we figured it was yours." Jughead scratched the back of his neck.  "We don't know what you talking about?" Fp shrugged his shoulders.  "Betty just show them." Jughead said with disgust on his face.  Betty sighed and went into the downstairs bathroom.  She came back with a wad of toilet paper.  "What is this all about?" I asked becoming slightly annoyed.  "It's in the toilet paper." Jughead nodded towards it.  I looked over at Fp confused out of my mind.  I slowly unwrapped the paper and a pregnancy test fell out.  "Elizabeth Cooper if this is your way of telling me your pregnant you have another thing coming!"  "No mom.  We were asking you guys.  Are you pregnant?" Betty asked with wide eyes.  "No!  If I was I surely wouldn't have left the test in the downstairs bathroom trash."  It became disturbingly quiet.  The four of us were staring at the pregnancy test.  "So then who's pregnant?" Jughead asked almost in a whisper.
