Chapter 57- like to kick

Fp and I decided it would be better if we talked to Jughead about the whole moving in situation first to see if he was ok with it. It would be easier not to get Betty all excited or riled up over something that might not happen. Fp asked Jug to come in on our lunch break one day during the week to talk about this weekend and thought now would be a good time to mention it. "Hey Dad what do we still need for Betts party?" He asked joining us at the booth. "Well we kinda wanted to talk about something else first." Fp sighed. "What's wrong?" Jughead questioned looking between us. "Nothing Jughead. What your dad is trying to say is..we were wondering..would you be ok if you moved in?" I finally breathed it out. "You guys scared me." Jughead released his breathe. "I mean it would be a little weird, but I could live." Jughead smiled. I looked over at Fp and his smile was even bigger. "Wait where would I even sleep?" Jughead asked. "We will figure that out for now on you can sleep on the cot in Betty's room." I said just realising Jughead won't have a room. "Ok that's fine. Anything else you guys needed me for?" Jug asked. "No thats it. Oh wait get streamers and please don't mention anything to Betty about moving in please. We would like to tell her." I handed him some money for the streamers. "Will do and no problem Mrs.S." Jughead nodded and headed out. "That went way better than I expected." Fp laughed putting his arm around my shoulders. "You didn't think he would be ok with it?" I questioned turning to face him. "I knew he would I was just a little nervous." Fp smiled. "Well time to be happy we are finally going to live our dreams." I smiled and squealed a little. "I can't wait." Fp leaned in and gave me a sweet and soft kiss. We pulled away when the bell above the door rang. "Oh great." Fp mumbled rolled his eyes. "Alice, still with southside scum I see." Hal sent Fp a dirty look. "Get used to it Hal." I smiled and went behind the counter. "Well then you shouldn't have a problem with Penelope." He smiled and just as he said her name she came strolling through the door. "Hey hunny." Penelope smiled giving Hal a kiss on the cheek. I rolled my eyes and started wiping the counter off. "What are you jealous now that you don't have him?" Penelope raised her eyebrows at me. "Me..jealous. Ha no way in hell would I ever be jealous over you. Especially if it's over him." I chuckled. "You know you miss him." Penelope tried to get a rise out of me. "What would I miss? I have everything I could ask for and more. I have a real man." I smirked and looked over at Fp who was serving a table. "Now if you would please excuse me I have work to do." I smiled at the couple and took some orders. They didn't dare speak to me the rest of their meal.
After our shift Fp and I drove home and made a quick dinner for the kids and I. Polly was out trying to talk to Jason, so Fp and I had the twins tonight. It was fun, until they started crying in the middle of the night. "Just put them in the bed Fp. that's what they want." I mumbled speaking into his chest. "Im afraid of hurting them." Fp whispered. "First off why are you whispering and second you will not hurt them I promise." I got out of bed setting the twins by Fp. he turned to his side and started calming them back down. "See they stopped crying. Now go to bed." I turned over to face the wall when I felt little feet kicking my back. "Mmm." I growled and flipped over. "Can you please go back to sleep for grandma and grandpa please?" I whined to the the babies who just giggled back. "Tonight is going to be a long night." I sighed and looked over at Fp, who was snoring and in a deep sleep. "Well that's just great now grandma is going to be awake all night huh?" I tickled the babies. I guess I didn't mind being awake. I love being with the babies, even if it is at 1:00AM. By the time I had fallen asleep and had to wake up, I think I got a good 4 hours of sleep. I do have to say the way I was woken up wasn't to bad. I had a steaming cup of coffee on my nightstand and a shower running for me. Instead of kisses waking me up though, the twins started climbing all over me, but I enjoyed that just as much. After I woke up Fp put the babies in the playpen we pushed into our room and I got into the shower. Fp had already showered, so he was watching the twins and getting ready. When I came out of the shower Fp had taken the babies downstairs. I got dressed and saw Betty and Jughead eating with Fp. "Good morning baby." Fp smiled giving me a peck on the lips. "Good morning." I yawned and sat down with everyone. "Wow mom you look tired." betty said cleaning up her plate. "Ya the twins like to kick." I smiled drinking some coffee. "Here Ali eat, it will help with energy." Fp put the plate down. "Thank you." I leaned into his side. I closed my eyes and started to drift off. "Ali, I have to go. Stay here and rest for the bbq this weekend and I will take care of Pops." Fp kissed the top of my head and left with the kids. I ate some of the breakfast that Fp gave me and then laid down in the living room where the twins were.
I was able to get a few more hours of sleep by the time the twins needed something. After I tended to them I started cleaning up the house for tomorrow. I sent out a text to Mary, Hermione and Fred to invite them. They all said yes. When I put the twins down from their nap I took another nap also, so when I woke up Betty and Jughead were home. "Hey mom your up." Betty said walking into the living room. "I want to ask you something?" She said sitting down. "Ya what's up?" I sat up. "Well Polly is out of town talking with jason can Jug have her room? I feel bad for making him sleep on a cot."
"That's so sweet, but I already know he sleeps in the bed with you." I smirked. "What! Who said that, Jug doesn't sleep with me." Betty denied it. "Oh, well ok. He can sleep in Pollys room why she is gone." I smiled going into the kitchen to start dinner.
"Honey I'm home." Fp laughed coming into the kitchen. "Shh Fp, Betty could here you." I giggled and leaned into his hug. "Even if she did I could Just been playing around with her." Fp smiled and kissed my head. "Help me out and set the table please." I stuck my bottom lip out. "No problem." Fp grabbed the plates and set the table. "Kids dinners ready!" I yelled to them upstairs. We all ate dinner then headed upstairs for bed. We let Betty and Jughead watch the twins tonight since they didn't have school tomorrow.
