Chapter 17

Kirstie POV
Several hours later
Avi walks into the room followed by the guys.
"Hey guys." I say with a tired smile.
"Hey Kit, how are you feeling?" Scott asks while hugging me.
"Good just tired."
"So where are the munchkins?" Mitch asks while looking around the room.
"They had to go run some test just to make sure they are healthy. The nurse said they should be back soon." Avi explains while taking a seat on the foot of my bed. Not even a few minutes later there is a knock on the door.
"Come in." I say while sitting up some. Who walks in next makes me freeze. In walk Jeremy holding the twins. Scott, Mitch, and Kevin quickly jump up and stand in front of my bed. "What are you doing with my babies." I yell trying to get up.
"Kit lay down you don't want to hurt yourself." Kevin says while glancing back at me. Jeremy just laughs.
"Can't I just come see my future children?"
"Over my dead body will they ever be yours." Avi growls.
"That can easily be arranged. You see I'll make sure you regret ever leaving me for this loser." Jeremy takes a step forward.
"Jeremy please just leave; can't you see I'm happy now." I plead.
"You were happy when you were with me! We had everything together but then you met these three weirdo's and suddenly you have a change of heart. I loved you Kirstie and you just left me." It looks like Jeremy is almost in tears.
"Jeremy I wasn't happy! I might have acted like it, but I never had what I truly wanted. I never had a family all I did was drink and party." I say with tears running down my face. "Please just give me my babies." After pleading Jeremy hesitates for a second. In that second Scott and Mitch grab the twins while Kevin grabs Jeremy. 
"Avi hit the security button." Avi quickly hits the button and with in minutes security walks in. Kevin quickly explains what happened and they drag Jeremy out of the room.
"This isn't the last time you'll see me!" He yells before the door is closed. As soon as he is gone Mitch and Scott hand over the twins. "Oh my god." I cry pulling them close to my chest. Avi walks over and sits next to me, wrapping his arms around my shoulders. Just then there is another knock on the door. Carefully Scott opens the door and in walks my nurse. I let out a sigh of relief.
"Hey guys. I'm just here to get you to sign the birth certificates." She says with a bright smile.
We'll do baby A first." She says while gesturing to our baby boy. I smile.
"This is Chase Kaplan." Avi says with a smile. The nurse nods and writs the name down before handing the piece of paper.
"If both of yall will sign at the bottom." We nod and write down our names.
"Alright! Next is baby B."
"This is Blair Kaplan." The nurse nods again and does the same as before. "That's all I need for now. I'll let yall be. Just remember visitor hours end at 6." She says while looking at the boys. They nod, and she leaves the room.
"I love the names!" Mitch says.
"Thanks, it took a lot of going back and forward to decide." I say with a laugh.
For the next few hours we all hang out in my hospital room just talking. When it comes time for the boys to leave they give us hugs and head home.
For the rest of the night Avi and I just relax and talk about wat the future holds for us.
