The hard truth comes out when someone spills.
Zara Costanza and Tom Holland, the power couple of the MCU, the couple that was supposed to be "forever" and Hollywood's second version of Liam and Miley.
The couple was always close even before they became "official." They were best friends before they fell in love. They were almost a cliché. They were the couple in the movies.
Unfortunately, they broke up. Who knows if someone cheated or maybe it was completely mutual. The posts that they both shared on their Instagrams made it seem like #colland the friendship still remains.
An inside source tells News on the Celebs that, "[Zara and Tom] had a tough relationship. A lot of their close friends were shocked that they came as far as they came as a couple. They were constantly apart. It was really a long distance relationship. Especially after the amount of time that they spent on-set together while filming Homecoming, they spent a really long time apart. They really did love each other and I'm sure they still do now. I'm still rooting for Colland."
So the distance really did hit them hard. Was the distance worth it? Zara's got Anastasia coming soon and Tom's got Chaos Walking and Infinity War.
Either way, it seems like both of their careers are rising. It's just a shame that they had to lose their relationship on the way.
But who knows? The second Spider-Man movie is still scheduled to come out in 2019. Rumour has it that Peter Parker and Zoey Fields are supposed to have some chemistry... maybe it will rekindle something else?
